I would like to ask someone who works at the front desk of a hotel, or who works in hotel management. I really want to know.

First, regarding the agreement booking, the agreement company must book in advance by a person or fax, and the hotel must be indicated in the signed agreement. Under special circumstances, if you check in directly at the front desk, you must provide the company business card, otherwise you can't use the agreed price.

Second, the same as above, of course, it is not necessarily the name in the contract, but the lady in charge of reservation in the company will provide you with the guest's name/arrival date and time, and you can make a reservation.

Third, in principle, guest information cannot be disclosed. I suggest you ask the hotel sales staff to help you find it.

Fourth, the identity cards are all registered now, and the public security organs check them very strictly, but there is no need to register contact information.

Fifth, if this is the case, you can go to the hotel and argue that they have no right to disclose the information of the guests to others, and you can notify the police if necessary.
