Treatment conditions:
Shijiazhuang talent green card serves the following talents who are introduced to work or start businesses in our region by employers outside the city and abroad:
(a) full-time undergraduate or above outstanding graduates;
(two) enterprises, institutions and social organizations to introduce professional and technical personnel with intermediate titles and above and the shortage of technicians;
(three) in line with the needs of industrial development in our city, and have certain special skills or expertise of talents, identified by the office of the leading group for talent work of the district Committee.
The age of the first type of talents in the service object is generally not more than 35 years old, and the age of the second and third types of talents is generally not more than 45 years old. Talents who have held the A and B cards of Shijiazhuang Talent Green Card can enjoy the Shijiazhuang Talent Green Card service project (the fund subsidy project is based on the principle of high priority and will not be enjoyed again), and Chang 'an Talent Green Card will no longer be issued.
In order to create a good environment for attracting and gathering talents, the Shijiazhuang Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government have implemented a talent green card system throughout the city, and issued talent green cards to high-level talents who have been innovating and starting businesses in Shijiazhuang (including those currently stationed in Shijiazhuang). Who can apply for a talent green card? What services can a talent green card enjoy?
Counties (cities, districts) issue green cards to outstanding graduates with full-time bachelor degree or above at home and abroad, professional and technical personnel with intermediate titles or above, technical personnel in short supply introduced by enterprises, institutions and social organizations in counties (cities, districts), and talents with special skills or expertise needed for local industrial development.
County (city, district) green card talents provide differentiated services and policies that are suitable for the local economic and social development level in personnel file management, household registration, medical care, social insurance, children's enrollment, employment and entrepreneurship, housing security, and financial services.
If full-time master graduates, a group of full-time undergraduate graduates, professional and technical personnel with intermediate titles or above, and professional and technical personnel in short supply are introduced in the main urban area of the city or county (district), and their minor children are willing to come to the county (district) with their parents to study, the education department of the county (district) shall coordinate the transfer procedures for their children and enjoy the treatment of their children in the county (district) during the compulsory education stage. In key counties of transformation and upgrading and western mountainous counties, cardholders can enjoy the service policy of giving priority to their children. Group counties (districts), western mountainous counties and key counties for transformation and upgrading also provide free services for cardholders to visit cultural attractions.
