Without the consent of the visitor, the consultant shall not disclose these personal data to others, including the relatives of the visitor. In addition, the psychological measurement results and diagnosis of visitors are also confidential, which is bound by the principle of confidentiality in professional ethics;

In line with the attitude of respecting and protecting the personal privacy of visitors, the counselor will keep all relevant materials in the process of psychological consultation, including medical records, test materials, letters, recordings and other materials, which are professional materials and will be kept strictly confidential. At the same time, the psychological counselor will designate appropriate places and personnel to keep the records, diagnosis, notes or doctor's orders of psychological counseling services, and have the obligation of confidentiality. When consulting, visitors have the responsibility to provide personal information to the consultant truthfully; The adverse consequences caused by the visitors deliberately concealing or distorting information shall be borne by the visitors themselves;
3. Anyone (including teachers, leaders, family members, etc. You can consult a personal counselor other than the visitor. If it is really necessary to discuss and supervise the case because of work, or if the case is used for teaching, scientific research, writing, etc. , information that may identify you will be hidden;
Four, psychological counselors can only record and video the consultation process with the consent of the visitors. Visitors have the right to refuse the audio and video recording requirements put forward by psychological counselors;

Principle of confidentiality exception
1. has obtained your authorization for information disclosure, and the psychological counselor should use this authorization in strict accordance with the agreed scope;
2 psychological counselors shall not make false statements or reports when accepting inquiries from health, justice and public security organs;

If I need to discuss and consult with my colleagues, I will try my best to conceal your identity, including using an alias. 4. The law requires counselors to be open. Professional norms can't conflict with legal provisions. When you have a tendency to endanger social order and personal safety of others, psychological counselors must report to the public security or procuratorial organs, which is the legal obligation of every citizen, and psychological counselors are no exception. Therefore, if you have criminal facts such as murder, you should surrender to the judicial organs first, and then seek psychological assistance, or don't expose such facts to the psychological counselor in psychological counseling, otherwise it will make the psychological counselor in a dilemma. If you have a tendency to commit suicide or murder, you can seek psychological help first, or you can nip in the bud. In order to save you, the counselor has the right to report to the relevant departments;
5. In psychological counseling, once visitors are found to be harmful to themselves or others, necessary measures must be taken to prevent accidents (teachers, relevant leaders or family members should be notified when necessary), or other psychological counselors should be consulted, but the exposure of relevant confidential information should be limited to a minimum;
6. As for whether audio and video recording facilities can be used in consultation, this is the case abroad. In many cases, consultants will be required to use recording equipment. Because the consultation talks are therapeutic and prescription-oriented, it is hard to imagine that doctors will not record prescriptions, which is to protect the rights of visitors. Of course, audio and video recordings are also confidential. In our country, whether to take such measures needs to be decided jointly by consultants and visitors.
