3. Raw materials (finished products, semi-finished products, etc. ) Party B must use qualified products from regular manufacturers and have a product certificate.
4. During installation, the main pole of the light pole should be vertical to the ground, the base should be firmly fixed, the cable joint should be hot-tied, and the insulation is good. All technical indicators meet the requirements of the relevant regulations of the state and management departments.

Six, the completion acceptance and repair
1. Party B shall notify Party A of the acceptance date in writing five days before the completion of the project. If Party A fails to accept the project on time, it shall notify Party B in advance and set a new acceptance date, but Party A shall acknowledge the completion date.
2. Party B shall hand over the project to Party A within 5 days from the date of acceptance of the project. Before Party A takes over the project, Party B shall still be responsible for keeping the project.
3. During the acceptance of the project, if the quality of the project is found to be unqualified, Party B shall be responsible for repairing or reworking it, and hand it over after passing the acceptance. If the delivery of the project is delayed as a result, Party B shall bear the liability for breach of contract due to the delay of the construction period.
4. The completion acceptance is based on the relevant provisions of the state and administrative departments. Upon completion acceptance, Party B shall provide the following documents to Party A within 5 days before acceptance:

Under the condition that Party A's infrastructure and transformer are provided in time, at least 30 street lamps shall be installed and lit within 0/2 days of Tongxin Road/KLOC-; Before June 8, at least 30 street lamps on Harmony Road have been installed and turned on. However, during the installation period, if the construction period is delayed due to irresistible factors such as typhoon, flood, earthquake and other natural reasons, both parties shall negotiate to solve it.

6. Terms of payment
After the signing of the agreement, Party A shall pay the contract money in advance to Party B; When more than 50% street lamps are installed and lit, 45% of the contract price shall be paid; When more than 75% of the street lamps are installed and turned on, 70% of the contract price shall be paid; Pay 97% of the final settlement of Party B after the installation and debugging of street lamps are qualified, and the remaining 3% will be used as quality guarantee.
