(5) The refund rate of the seller's liability disputes in recent 30 days is not higher than 3 times of the average refund rate of the main category disputes, or the number of refunds of the seller's liability disputes in recent 30 days is less than 2 times.
(6) General violation (Class A) score in recent 90 days < 12.
(7) In the past 365 days, the score of serious violations (Grade B) < 12.
