Can single rental provident fund be withdrawn?

Renting a house can withdraw the provident fund, which has nothing to do with being single.

How to extract housing provident fund from renting a house;

Step 1: Issue the lease invoice. Rental invoices can be issued in the following two ways: 1) Tenants who have traded with the landlord themselves can be issued through the sub-district office in their district, and the original and photocopy of the rental property certificate, the copy of the landlord's ID card and the rental contract are required; 2) Tenants who make a transaction through an intermediary can directly entrust the intermediary to issue rental invoices, which are generally provided by large brokerage companies.

Reminder: When issuing the rent invoice, it cannot exceed the total rent during the lease contract period. In addition, the rental invoice needs to pay a tax rate of 5%.

Step 2: Submit relevant materials to the heads of relevant departments of each unit. It is understood that the provident fund management center does not accept individuals to handle withdrawal business. Employees who need to withdraw the provident fund through renting houses shall submit the rental invoice and the original rental contract to the relevant departments of their units, and fill out the provident fund withdrawal form after issuing the invoice. After approval, they can check their bank account balance to arrange withdrawal.

Tips: At present, the provident fund management center can withdraw monthly, but most enterprises can't meet this standard, and some enterprises need to handle it according to the stipulated withdrawal date, ranging from month to quarter to half a year. It is recommended that renters consult clearly before returning.

Materials to be submitted for drawing provident fund from renting house:

(1) Identification materials: original ID card and joint housing provident fund card (employees without joint housing provident fund card should provide the withdrawal certificate of Chengdu housing provident fund signed by the unit in duplicate and their savings account).

(2) Proof of renting behavior: if renting a private house, provide the original and photocopy of the general tax payment certificate issued by the local tax department; If the housing management department directly manages public housing or other affordable housing, it shall provide the original and photocopy of the rent receipt issued by Chengdu Public Housing Management Center. Yesterday, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank jointly issued new regulations to relax the conditions for employees to withdraw housing provident fund to pay rent. Cancel the restriction on the proportion of rent expenditure to family income, and do not need to provide tax payment certificates and lease contracts for the record, nor do they need rent invoices. As long as employees have paid the housing provident fund in full for three months in a row, and my spouse and I do not own a house in the city where they have paid, they can withdraw the housing provident fund from both parties to pay the rent.
