When I first enter the workplace, I expect to improve my personal ability through study and experience.

Salary is the result and ability is the capital. If the ability stops, it is the biggest loss of career.

Let's briefly share some of my learning and growing experiences when I first entered the workplace. I hope some experience can help you to grow up quickly in the workplace.

I divide workplace knowledge into three categories: general office software for each position, professional knowledge and skills for different positions, and enterprise management principles.

■ Learning office software

The first tool for self-study in the first year of work is excel. Watch it on the subway at work every day, and practice it on the computer after reading it. I think making beautiful documents is a way to win the favor of new people in the workplace quickly. The leaders at that time really often praised me for making beautiful forms and documents, which were better than other interns at the same time.

The beauty of the document is not the visual beauty such as font color, but the purpose of optimizing the reading experience. The logic is clear, the focus is prominent, the form is formal, and it can reflect the rigorous and serious work attitude, especially in the next page of the league organization.

■? Learning expertise

During my years as an administrator, I have been learning all kinds of professional knowledge, and sometimes with the help of the group army, I will ask the heads of the first-line branch schools for advice.

When I upgraded the logistics system for the first time, it involved many problems about how to manage telephones, vehicles and networks. I had no direct work experience. So I asked the head of state administration to upgrade the content, and I was responsible for collecting and summarizing it. However, after receiving the contents of the upgraded system submitted by various institutions, I found that everyone's system writing is different.

I went to many bookstores to read various versions of the Encyclopedia of Administrative System. When I asked you to revise the administrative manual the next year, I put forward a unified requirement for the format of the system.

■? Learn the principles of enterprise management.

At the beginning of 20 15, Mr. Cao Yangming, the group teacher, asked me to think and write-"If I am the head of the department, what changes will my work style have compared with the needs of employees?"

I can't remember exactly what I wrote, but my actual idea is that as long as the leader trusts me, I can take any job given to me, and I can learn and ask if I don't understand.

It was also from this time that I gradually added the part of management theory to my learning content. Nowadays, the content of various online learning platforms is getting richer and richer, which is very suitable for charging in spare time.

For example, I will listen to the management class, economics, psychology, emotional intelligence class, etc. in the APP every day on the subway, with each class 10 minute, and use the fragmented time to build a relatively complete theoretical framework.

Make a decoration manual and learn from successful experience.

About learning from others, the first step must be to understand others.

When making a standardized campus decoration manual, you need to determine the decoration style first. In order to understand the decoration situation of each branch school, I collected the decoration photos, drawings and quotations of various institutions across the country, and asked the panel judges to pass two rounds of screening, and finally selected one of the unified standards.

During that time, I often called the administrative person in charge of the school at that time and asked about all kinds of decoration design details, decoration materials and furniture manufacturers, brands, prices and decoration management rules.

Finally, the school recommended their decoration designers and furniture manufacturers to me. I also went to the local furniture factory to communicate with them whether there is the possibility of centralized procurement by the state, and also organized the national administrators to visit the school on the spot to "learn from the experience".

Kazuo inamori said, "The answer is at the scene, and there is a god at the scene". When I say "scene", I mean putting myself in someone else's world, so as to understand his logic and the true meaning of every sentence. None of this can be achieved by simple official mail or SMS communication.

Training camps and business schools

Speaking of experience exchange and learning, I have to thank my two most important training experiences in New Channel, namely, I participated in the seventh training camp for middle managers of the Group in 20 18, and began to study in New Channel Business School in 2020.

Through these two learning experiences, I have met elites from all over the world. Through attending classes and communicating with them, I always learn a lot of excellent ideas, qualities and practical experience.

When recruiting a sales director for studying abroad, we found a very senior sales director in the industry. In order to reflect the professionalism of the interview, I specially made some understanding of the professional knowledge of studying abroad and the work background experienced by the applicant in advance.

Before the interview, I told him that I was meeting for the first time on behalf of the human resources department, and the person in charge of the business department would talk to him in detail later.

However, after talking to him, he said that he didn't expect to talk to me so thoroughly, so I won't worry about my knowledge of studying abroad when I do this kind of interview in the future.

On another occasion, I used the weekend to go to the company where the candidate was, and talked in detail at home. On the one hand, it publicized the strength of the company, on the other hand, it also expressed its sincerity. The other party also thinks it would be nice if their human resources department could do its best.

This sentence also encouraged me.

Later, there were more interviews, so I knew which questions to ask without looking at the interview outline. The method is more and more flexible, and the professional knowledge of peers and studying abroad is more and more known, thus realizing the process of internalizing knowledge into ability.

When I first took office as Secretary Hu, it took me more than a week to piece together a 2-hour, 20,000-word speech, and the leaders also picked out many places that needed to be revised.

At present, the two-hour speech can be completed in 1 to 2 days, and there are few places to be revised, and I have also summarized the review tools. This year is more than 500 thousand words, which is also an important gain for me.

What's your first reaction when you lead the handover? Just do it, okay? How to present the daily work plan? Put a note on the table?

This involves five dimensions of "task management", namely, time management, plan management, work status management, report and summary ability, and finally, whether the work mode can be upgraded and leapfrogged.

In the group organs, even front-line employees shoulder the function of supporting and managing branch schools.

Moreover, as a concentrated area of all departments and projects, the Group has a lot of cross-departmental collaborative work.

So, I want to talk about the experience of communication and cooperation.

In 20 18, I organized the first national study abroad sales skill competition in the name of the study abroad department.

There was three weeks to prepare. After determining the theme of the activity, I listed the preparations for 100. ...

A week later, print the design data and finalize it, and pass the examination and approval at one time.

In the past two weeks, I also participated in some other activities. For example, I went to Tangshan on business to attend a middle management training camp and walked for 4 days. When I come back to catch up with Teacher's Day, I will make and distribute Teacher's Day gifts with my friends in the department.

I have been busy until two nights before the game to check the preparation progress of the game. All the materials, props, more than 20 sets of test questions, actors, guests and judges have been booked, and there are no mistakes in the arrangement.

The written test topics, speech topics and debate topics used in the competition are all drawn up by overseas study branches and decided by voting. The day before the activity, the "extras" got the situational questions and arranged them one by one. They need to grasp the difficulty and realism, and be as serious as the contestants.

On the day of the meeting, a meeting group of 13 people was set up, which closely cooperated with every small link of the activity: hosting, timing, grading, playing PPT, urging actors and players to wait for the meeting place one by one, ordering food, supplying materials, and adjusting the layout of tables and chairs in the meeting place according to the competition link 10 times.

In the whole process of division of labor and cooperation, everyone was very active without any delay.

A person's experience and energy are limited, but the strength potential of the group army is unlimited, so when doing group line management services, the method I need most is "leverage".

However, when looking for suitable supporters, we need to put ourselves in their shoes to consider whether they have the ability and energy to support the work of the group. On this basis, all the work that needs other people's support should be arranged as soon as possible, leaving enough preparation time for the other party.

In addition, I think a deep understanding of front-line business is very helpful for cross-departmental communication.

I will also consciously strengthen my understanding of the business through various methods.

For example, on 20 17, I studied IELTS in Beijing school for one year. Several senior teachers have attended classes and tried to take IELTS twice. There was a time when I wanted to help me apply for a foreign school by studying in Beijing.

All this is not only to learn English and study abroad, but also to experience the core products of our language training and study abroad and get close to customers.

Through these exchanges, I found that a large number of teachers are excellent, and I felt the value and charm of their teaching, as well as their meticulous work status.

Usually, I will also communicate with the leaders and colleagues of the teaching department to understand and exchange some first-line teaching situations.

In this process, I not only deepened my understanding of the business, but also enhanced the tacit understanding of cross-departmental communication. I have also increased my knowledge and made many excellent friends. This is a multifaceted matter.

After seven years, the state of entering the workplace is basically over. The road ahead may be more difficult and challenging, and it is not necessarily the goal that can be achieved through study and personal efforts.

In the face of uncertainty, we need a firm belief, a deeper understanding of people and things, and a more professional and pious attitude.

Along the way, I was lucky to have a model leader of the new channel to guide me, and an excellent companion to walk side by side. I also hope that I can continue to practice and grow with the platform in the future.
