Second, the way of relief.
The way to realize the relief policy is that the system sets the port number of the activated SMS server in advance, and automatically handles the relief when charging. At present, there are 00447786205094 and 004475374 102xx server ports to which iPhone customer activation SMS is sent. The district company will continue to pay attention to the changes of activation SMS ports according to the requirements of the group company to ensure that the system is updated in time. If the system fee is deducted because the update is not timely, the municipal company can reduce it manually.
Three. Other explanations
In principle, the activation SMS fee that has been normally charged before the official launch of this automatic reduction and exemption policy will not be refunded. If the customer complains strongly, the municipal company can reduce it manually as appropriate.
Fourth, the job requirements
(1) Please ask the municipal company, the district customer service marketing center and the district group customer company to seriously implement the above requirements to ensure the timeliness and consistency of information obtained by the contact points of each channel during the customer consultation process. Please refer to the attachment for customer service explanation;
(2) Please ask the operation support center of the district company to sample the relief in May before June 12 to ensure that the relief is correct, and feedback the sampling results to the contact person of the marketing department of the district company by email.
