Most of the post-90 s people I came into contact with were positive and had many bright spots. They have several similarities:
0 1, age fear
When I first started working, I felt young and full of energy. Even if a colleague younger than me joins the job, I won't feel too much, or I feel young and have no feeling about my age. Of course, it also shows that I am stupid and happy.
But the post-90s generation is different, and their feelings about age are particularly obvious. When I was a new colleague in 1993, my colleagues in 1990 and 19 1 began to feel, "Wow, 93 people have all gone out to mix, how time flies, and we are all old." I've always said that I'm getting old. I've been staying up late lately, and my skin is not as good as before. In short, I feel the age gap between 1 and 2 years old, just like the feeling of 10 years old.
And those of us who are 10 years old+behind them, it's hard to say when we are old, so we should be given a way out.
To tell the truth, we still feel that we are in the prime of life. After all, with proper maintenance, everyone looks quite young, and our twenties are the best period of life.
02. Strong learning ability
Post-90s colleagues are really active in their work. Compared with when I first started working, I am passive in everything, need the guidance of senior colleagues, and am not good at dealing with people. I look naive.
However, almost all post-90s colleagues have some experience, maybe not at work, but their performance is really not like when we just left school. They are very concerned about their own affairs, especially hope to grow up at the fastest speed, and are eager for early independence.
I remember a girl after 9 1 who left the company at the latest every day and came the earliest when she was studying business knowledge in the morning. She also took time out to learn to receive customers with other colleagues and humbly asked experienced people for advice.
As a result, she soon became the youngest consultant in the consulting department. At the year-end appraisal, everyone unanimously voted her the hardest worker of the year.
03, smart and knowledgeable
This must be praised for the post-90s generation. No matter which school they come from, they seem to be very happy to learn new things, and all of them have an upward will and are more knowledgeable than us at that time.
what can I say? The post-90s generation is particularly opinionated and insightful. They planned their lives very early. They don't intend to work in one place for a long time. Every place is a place for them to exercise and grow up, at least in their twenties.
Maybe when they need stability or find a better platform, they will make a stable plan. But what is worthy of recognition is that they are all smart and knowledgeable.
Learn from each other and be a conscientious person. Welcome to Pepe.
