No matter whether it is Document No.4 or Document No.88, it mainly aims at the compensation and resettlement of urban houses, that is, house demolition on state-owned land, and does not involve rural house demolition, that is, collective land expropriation.

Document 88 has a clear title, and this work is a policy pilot, which plays a role in soliciting opinions. According to the pilot situation, it is necessary to constantly sum up, improve, improve and supplement.

At present, the relevant departments in Shanghai are discussing the scheme of drafting the old district reconstruction and demolition system. It is expected that the plan will be released before the end of the year and sent to the Municipal People's Congress for discussion on 20 10 to form a formal local regulation.

The relocation base located at No.390 Jianguo East Road, Luwan District enlarged the coefficient to 30%, abandoned the formula of 2A-B, and directly used the evaluation price of X30%%. At present, subsidies in Xing Tao are only for families lacking coal sanitation facilities, such as Laoli, 20,000 households and simple houses. , not applicable to complete single-use houses.
