"1. I met a group of friends who love public welfare undertakings; 2. Experience the charm of consulting work, understand the progress of consulting projects, and improve consulting skills and abilities; 3. As a project manager, I took my team members to work together for the first time, and exercised my personal management ability, authorization ability, work distribution ability and motivation and counseling ability. In this process, I also found my own shortcomings in team management, which need to be improved in the future. "-Ren Ze (American Institute of Project Management)

"I understand the whole process of finding problems in the field of public welfare and trying to solve them. From a methodological point of view, adopting professional processes to solve public welfare problems can, to a certain extent, change the situation that public welfare organizations are small and chaotic. It also triggered my thinking about campus public welfare. " -Strict Rand (graduate student in Tsinghua University)
