1, bolt diameter and borehole diameter
In the anchor retaining wall, the anchor must bear a certain uplift force and connect and strengthen the surrounding soil or rock mass through grouting. Therefore, the diameter of the anchor rod and the diameter of the borehole should not be too small. Generally, φ 25 ~ 28 mm steel anchor is used, and φ 68 ~ 1 10 mm diameter is used for drilling.
2, anchor length selection
The selection of anchor length mainly considers two factors, namely, providing sufficient uplift pressure and strengthening slope rock mass. The required length mainly depends on the properties of soil or rock mass on the slope behind the wall, such as the compactness of soil slope, the occurrence and development of joint cracks on rock slope, etc. The spacing between the upper and lower rows of anchors should not be less than 2.0m, the horizontal spacing should not be less than 1.5m, the length of anchor section should not be less than 4.0m, the length of free section should not be less than 5.0m, and it should exceed the potential sliding surface 1.5m, but the total length of anchors should not exceed 20m.
3. Grouting
Cement mortar is generally used for anchor grouting, and the required strength grade is generally not lower than M20.
4, anchor head and anchor plate
When the rib column of retaining wall is poured in place, the anchor rod must be inserted into the rib column, and the anchoring length must meet the requirements of the specification. When the rib column is prefabricated and assembled, the bolt connection is generally adopted between the anchor rod and the rib column, which is composed of screws, end rods, nuts, pads and mortar heads, and welded steel bars can also be used to ensure the transmission of anchoring force.
