3. Enter the online service hall and click "Change Card" in the "My Social Security Card" module.
4. Upload ID card: upload a standard ID card photo according to the prompt information, and click "Upload Photo".
5. Fill in the mailing address: fill in the detailed mailing address and collect the postage (the insured who chooses to pick it up can pick it up at the information center).
6. After checking that the information is correct, click "Apply for a replacement card".
7. After successful operation, the page will automatically jump to the card replacement tracking page, and the business card printing cycle is 20 working days. The insured can also click the "Card Tracking" function in the "My Social Security Card" module to track the business card printing status in real time.
