According to the "Regulations", the green buildings in our province are divided into basic, one-star, two-star and three-star grades from low to high. Encourage the construction of green buildings in accordance with the requirements of ultra-low energy consumption, near zero energy consumption, zero energy consumption and low carbon and zero carbon. The "Regulations" stipulate that new urban civil buildings should be built according to green building standards, and public buildings should be built according to one-star or above grade standards; Super high-rise and over-limit high-rise buildings are built according to three-star standards; Encourage other civil buildings to be built according to the grade standard of more than one star.

In order to vigorously promote the development of green buildings in our province, the Regulations set up a special chapter to give support policies to green buildings. Preferential policies are given to the calculation of building volume ratio and building area of newly added external wall insulation layer area, prefabricated external wall part and roof greening area in green building construction; For the use of housing provident fund to buy more than one-star green buildings, give a certain percentage of preferential policies to increase the loan amount; Give priority to high-standard green buildings in all kinds of architectural engineering awards. At the same time, the people's governments of cities and counties (cities) with districts are encouraged to formulate other support policies according to local actual conditions.

The Regulations stipulate that people's governments at or above the county level shall arrange funds for the development of green buildings, study and promote the application of new technologies, new processes, new materials and new equipment related to green buildings, and support the demonstration and promotion of high-standard green buildings and the green transformation of existing buildings. Provide financial services for the development of green buildings and support enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions to carry out research and development activities related to green buildings.
