Function of metallographic sample mosaic machine

This machine is a mechanical inlaying machine. The handwheel is rotated outside the machine body, and the screw in the machine body is driven by a pair of bevel gears, so that the lower die for pressing samples moves up and down in the rigid die sleeve, and the samples are thermoformed and embedded under heating conditions. The forming pressure in the sample preparation process is automatically compensated by the spring fixed in the collective, and the sample pressing pressure can be indicated by the signal lamp.

The mosaic machine is equipped with a digital temperature controller, which realizes real-time temperature display and temperature self-setting, and is equipped with a timer, which realizes semi-automation of sample preparation and greatly improves work efficiency. Each sample preparation time is 8- 10 minutes, and an ideal sample as smooth as a mirror can be obtained.
