Article 2 About the basic service scope of the application center

2.2 Provide intermediary trading services for customers, including basic information entry, passports, visas and customer information transmission between the application center and the embassy or consulate.
2.3 Entrusted by the embassy or consulate, collect biometric information such as fingerprints on behalf of the embassy or consulate, collect and remit visa fees, and return passports and visas to customers.
2.4 According to the requirements of embassies and consulates, timely release and transmit relevant visa policy information through websites, information desks in reception halls, consultation telephones, faxes or emails.

The application center hereby declares that the government functions related to visa application approval, visa refusal and visa production are the exclusive functions of embassies and consulates, and the application center does not undertake any commitments, guarantees, explanations or other legal obligations to customers.
Article 3 Matters needing attention in accepting visa application services

The customer knows and hereby confirms that the application center will not participate in the examination and approval procedures of Chinese visas, and the embassy and consulate will decide whether to issue visas, what kind of visas to issue, and the validity period, stay period and entry times of visas according to the relevant laws and regulations of China; Regardless of whether the embassy or consulate approves the visa application of the customer, the customer must pay the application service fee to the application center, which is non-refundable.
3.2
Customers can consult the application center through the website or telephone. Customers should be aware that the consultation provided by the unofficial organization of the application center is free consultation based on the unilateral understanding of customers' problems and the limited information they have learned and mastered, aiming at helping customers apply for visas, and should not be understood as making any promises, guarantees or undertaking other legal obligations to customers under any circumstances.
3.3
The customer shall submit the customer information required for visa application to the application center, and ensure that all the information is true, reliable and complete. Customers should know and agree that the acceptance of customer information by the application center does not mean that the customer information is sufficient. In any case, the embassy or consulate has the right to ask the customer to supplement the customer information they think is necessary or ask the applicant to interview in the embassy or consulate.
3.4 When obtaining the evidence collection form issued by the application center, the customer should carefully check the contents to ensure that it is correct. If errors are found, the customer shall promptly notify the application center, and the application center will correct them as soon as possible.
3.5
When receiving the visa, the customer should check the contents of the visa to ensure that it is correct. If any mistakes are found, the customer should inform the application center in time, and the application center will try its best to assist the customer to modify or renew the visa. The customer knows that if the contents of the visa record are incorrect due to the customer's own reasons, new fees will be incurred for modifying or renewing the visa.

In order to ensure the safety and quality of service, the application center has installed a network monitoring system and a telephone recording system, and the behavior of customers in the application center and the content of calls with the application center may be recorded and saved. The customer hereby understands and agrees to accept the above arrangement.

Unless otherwise notified by the application center, customers should get a passport visa before the expiration of the visa validity period; The application center that fails to receive it within the time limit will no longer undertake the obligation of custody; The application center has the right to submit relevant documents to the embassy or consulate after the expiration of the validity period of the visa or 365 days after the embassy or consulate makes a decision to issue or refuse the visa, and the embassy or consulate will return them to the competent government department of the passport issuing country.
Article 4 On the Use and Protection of Personal Information
4. 1 The customer hereby agrees and confirms that the personal information submitted to the application center through the network, directly or by entrusting a third party can be collected, transmitted, stored, processed and used in accordance with the provisions of this article.
4.2 In order to process the customer's visa application, the application center must collect the personal information of relevant customers through the application materials submitted by customers and input them into the system.
4.3 The application center will collect customers' personal information by telephone, e-mail, fax, application materials (including passports and photos), technical equipment, online form filling system, online reservation system and monitoring system.
4.4 Personal information will be submitted to the embassy or consulate through the special channel of the application center, and may be transmitted and stored in a country other than the customer's country of residence (such as People's Republic of China (PRC)).
4.5 Personal information, including video recording, telephone recording, electronic information, etc. If necessary, it can be extracted and used by the application center (for example, due to the requirements of relevant local government departments or the needs of internal service supervision, etc.). ).
4.6
Paper materials provided by customers will be handed over to embassies and consulates for preservation. The application center will store customer information in physical or electronic form, and take reasonable management measures to prevent the leakage and unauthorized use of customer information and ensure the correct use of all information.
4.7 The biological information provided by customers will be directly transmitted to the embassy or consulate in encrypted form, and the application center will not keep it.
4.8 The application center will collect, transmit, store, process and use all customer information in accordance with local laws and regulations to fulfill the legal responsibilities and obligations of the application center, including but not limited to applying for a Chinese visa.
4.9
The application center will take all reasonable measures to protect the safety of customers' personal information and certificates, but will not bear the consequences caused by force majeure, accidents, theft and other reasons. In the process of being sent to or retrieved from the embassy or consulate.
Article 5 on liability

If the passport submitted by the customer is lost or damaged in the storage process of the application center, the application center will bear the relevant reasonable expenses paid by the applicant when applying to the passport management department of the country through normal procedures, and the application center will pay the expenses when receiving the relevant payment vouchers provided by the applicant, but this agreement does not mean that the application center needs to bear any responsibilities.
5.2
Customers should reasonably arrange the time for submitting visa applications according to their travel plans. In any case, the application center will not be responsible for any impact on the customer's travel plan due to the improper time of submitting the visa application or the visa approval result of the embassy or consulate.
5.3
If the customer chooses to submit the visa application by mail, or requests the application center to return the passport and visa approved by the embassy or consulate by mail, the application center will not be responsible for any damage or loss of documents caused by mail delay, delivery error or reasons other than the application center.
5.4
To the extent permitted by law, the application center does not accept any other express or implied conditions and guarantees related to visa application services, except those stipulated in this agreement. When these exclusions are excluded by law, and it is considered that some conditions or guarantees (hereinafter referred to as "implied terms") are implied in this clause, the application center will only bear limited liability for the violation of these "implied terms" and has the right to choose one or more of the following ways to bear the responsibility:
(1) Re-provide related application services; or
(2) Expenses incurred from re-application; or
(3) Related service fees paid by customers to domestic management departments or institutions (payment vouchers are required).
5.5
The client acknowledges and agrees that the application center is not responsible for indirect, unexpected, specific (or/and) joint losses claimed by the client or other clients under any circumstances, or losses in terms of opportunities, business, goodwill and closure, regardless of whether these losses are related to visa application services, or whether these losses are caused by mistakes, negligence or mistakes of the management, staff, employees or representatives of the application center.
5.6 The above provisions shall apply to the laws of the place where the application center is located. If there is any lawsuit related to visa application service, it shall be submitted to the court where the application center is located for jurisdiction and trial.
Article 6 Other clauses
6. 1 The application center may modify, cancel or withdraw part or all of the terms without prior notice. If you don't agree to the change of relevant terms, the customer can refuse the service provided by the application center.
6.2 The customer agrees and confirms that he has read, understood and agreed to accept all the terms of this agreement.
