The total planned land area of the Central South Lanting Valley Tourism Complex Project is about 3,000 mu, of which the construction land is about 1.400 mu, and the total planned investment is about 1.000 billion yuan.
Based on the historical features of the railway, the project focuses on the protection, inheritance and utilization of industrial sites, and builds four sections: iron mine industrial site experience zone, Zhongnan IP animation experience zone, Zhongnan animation digital culture creation and research industrial zone, and Yue culture and art experience zone.
