According to the regulations, starting from 2023, the highest price of industrial and commercial electricity in Qingdao will be adjusted to 1.2 yuan/kwh, the lowest price will be 0.8 yuan/kwh, the highest price of domestic electricity will be adjusted to 0.8 yuan/kwh, and the lowest price will be 0.4 yuan/kwh.
For industrial and commercial electricity consumption, the new tariff charging standard will implement basic tariff, peak hour tariff and low hour tariff. Among them, the basic electricity price does not exceed 1 yuan/kwh excluding tax, and the upper limit of peak-valley electricity price does not exceed 1 times of the basic electricity price. This adjustment will help to optimize the industrial and commercial energy structure and stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to save energy and reduce consumption.
In terms of domestic electricity consumption, the new electricity price charging standard will implement unequal electricity price according to the characteristics of peak-valley difference of electricity demand. Specifically, when the electric energy has the same peak load and valley load as the previous day, the normal price, peak price and valley price are respectively 1.2 times, 1.7 times and 0.4 times of the basic price. This dynamically set electricity price charging standard will be more in line with the actual electricity demand of consumers, so that residents can save more costs in electricity consumption.
In a word, in 2023, the electricity tariff standard in Qingdao will be more scientific, fair and diversified, which will help to improve the transparency and fairness of market-oriented reform, optimize the urban energy structure, and strengthen energy security, energy conservation and emission reduction.
