(three) responsible for promoting public cultural services in the field of culture and art, planning and guiding the production of public cultural products, and supervising and guiding the construction of municipal key cultural facilities and grassroots cultural facilities; Responsible for promoting the development of cultural and artistic industries and exchanges and cooperation with foreign cultural industries.
(four) to organize the implementation of intangible cultural heritage protection and the inheritance and popularization of excellent national culture.
(five) responsible for the management of social and cultural undertakings, and guiding the construction of libraries, cultural centers (stations), art galleries and grassroots culture.
(six) to formulate the cultural market development plan and related policies; Responsible for comprehensive law enforcement in the cultural market; Responsible for the industry supervision and management of cultural and artistic business activities; Supervise and manage private institutions engaged in performing arts activities.
(seven) to supervise and manage the online communication of literary and artistic products; Responsible for the implementation of business license management for Internet service sites such as Internet cafes; Supervise and manage online game services (excluding online publishing supervision and management of online games); Guide the development of animation and game industry.
(eight) to promote the construction of cultural science and technology information, and to guide the art vocational education in the cultural industry.
(nine) responsible for foreign and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan cultural exchanges and cultural propaganda work, on behalf of the municipal government signed a foreign cultural cooperation agreement.
(ten) responsible for the management of cultural relics and museums in the city, and promote the construction of public service system for cultural relics and museums in the city.
(eleven) to undertake the relevant administrative examination and approval items announced by the municipal government.
(twelve) to undertake other tasks assigned by the municipal party committee and municipal government.
