To set up a quick reply, you need to use a computer to open a webpage, and then log in to your own Aauto Quicker store.
Select message settings in customer service management, as shown in the figure below. You can add other quick reply functions.
At the same time, click FAQ to add questions, so that fans can automatically reply to questions when buying.
It should be noted that the customer service quick reply setting must be saved before it can take effect.
