As a reminder, not every school has this service. Some schools can keep a certain number of years (usually two years) for free, and the materials that need to be handed in depend on the specific situation of the school.
After two years, if there is no receiving unit, the file account will be returned to the place of origin (this is a very serious problem, because the process of returning to the place of origin may be lost), and the school will no longer issue them employment registration cards. Graduates shall go through the settlement formalities with the employer's registration (employment) procedures, labor contracts and the Certificate of Graduates from Ordinary Colleges and Universities.
Advantages: Due to the high integrity of the school, it keeps the household registration relationship and files on its behalf, and provides employment consultation, employment information, employment guidance and other services related to the implementation of employment units. Teachers do their best and don't charge extra. Students have greater freedom and high security, and can take the civil service examination as fresh graduates.
Disadvantages: Graduates' files stay in school only to prolong their career choice, and they have no personnel affiliation with the school, so they can't issue certificates involving personnel relations. In addition, the length of service is not counted in the file during school. The file during studying abroad is blank (the school is not qualified to fill in the experience during studying abroad).
Second, the talent market.
Handling process: After the graduates fill out the documents, the files will be sent by the school to the talent exchange market in their region, where students can claim the personnel files and keep them.
Advantages: The local employment procedures are simple.
Disadvantages: losing the identity of fresh graduates. During the period of studying abroad, the file is blank, not counting the length of service.
Some people here say that they have qualifications, so you can consult the local talent market; The biggest drawback of this method is the loss of the identity of fresh graduates. When looking for a job, you will follow the standards of social workers, and there may be some differences between state subsidies and benefits.
Three. International student service center
Customer: The following persons can entrust the archives room for overseas students to keep the archives, regardless of the geographical location and household registration:
1. Overseas students who graduated from domestic universities and went abroad for further study (no work experience);
2. Overseas students who have gone through the formalities of dropping out of school during their studies in domestic universities and directly went abroad to study for their degrees;
3. International students who go abroad directly to study for their degrees after graduating from high school in China.
Note: International students sent by the state, scholars who go abroad for postdoctoral research or visit, and international students who have completed their courses in China universities are not accepted.
