Andy Overpass According to official website, Shaanxi Provincial Department of Transportation, Andy Overpass is located in the north section of the East Third Ring Road, connecting the downstream Guangyun Bridge through Andy Overpass to realize traffic flow conversion in different directions. Andy overpass is located in weiyang district, Xi City, Shaanxi Province, China. It is a traffic transfer node between the East Extension Line of the North Second Ring Road and the East Third Ring Road. The whole interchange design is adopted to connect the north section of the East Third Ring Road with Xiewangli Corner. It is one of the important traffic nodes to solve the traffic transfer between the East Extension Line of the North Second Ring Road and the East Third Ring Road.
