Recently, the Housing and Construction Department of Hebei Province issued the Notice on the "Double Random and One Open" Inspection Results of Real Estate Intermediaries in 2020, pointing out that in the special rectification of real estate intermediaries organized by Hebei Province from April to June 2020, the focus was on rectifying and publishing false and illegal (rental and sale) housing information to provide brokerage services for houses that did not meet the trading conditions.
During the period, * * * inspected 6,359 intermediaries in Hebei Province, and investigated and dealt with illegal intermediaries 1355, of which 936 were rectified within a time limit, 1 14 were closed for rectification, 65,438 were warned by interviews, 65 were given administrative punishment, 8 were suspended from online signing, and 2 were blacklisted.
In the "Double Random and One Open" inspection of real estate enterprises organized in 2020, the Housing and Construction Department of Hebei Province randomly selected 152 real estate development enterprises with second-and third-grade furniture through the "Hebei Double Random Supervision Platform" according to the ratio of 10%, and randomly selected personnel to check whether they met the corresponding qualification grade conditions. Among them, there are 95 qualified enterprises and 57 unqualified enterprises.
Judging from the inspection, the real estate intermediary agencies mainly have problems such as not filing with the competent authorities (operating without a license), selling unqualified commercial houses as agents, releasing housing information without the written consent of the client, and signing irregular service contracts. There are some problems in the qualification of real estate development enterprises, such as insufficient number of full-time technicians, no corresponding certification materials, failure to submit annual inspection materials, and application for cancellation of enterprises.
