The Historical Origin of Gu Jing Winery;

Gu Jing Winery has a wine culture history of 1800 years. According to research, Gu Jing Winery started in the first year of Jian 'an (196). At that time, Cao Cao, the prime minister of Wei, presented his hometown Bozhou specialty "Jiuyun Spring Wine" and its brewing method to Emperor Han Xian. Since then, this wine has become a tribute to the royal family.

Gu Jing Winery has a long history. In the Southern and Northern Dynasties, an ancient well was found in the collection of shops in Bozhou, which was clear and sweet, and people used it to make wine and tea. According to historical records, the predecessor of Gu Jing Winery was "Jiuyun Spring Wine", which was brewed by Cao Cao.

Later, Cao Cao dedicated the "Jiu Yun Chun Liquor" and the brewing method "Jiu Yun Liquor Method" to Liu Xie, the Emperor of the Han Dynasty, who praised him and used it as a palace wine. Since then, brewing workshops in Bozhou have mushroomed. By the Song Dynasty, Jiandianji had become a famous wine producing area.

During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, Ge Lao Shen Li paid tribute to the court with "down wine" as his hometown wine at the celebration of Emperor Wanli. After drinking it, Emperor Wanli applauded many times and ordered an annual tribute, hence the name "tribute wine".
