Do legal persons have to go to the tax bureau to collect taxpayer information in person?

Legal persons do not need to go to the tax bureau in person to collect taxpayer information, but can upload and declare it through the internet, unless the tax authorities have special provisions.

Generally, forms such as "taxpayer's tax-related information" can be filled in by taxpayers on local computers. When filling in, taxpayers don't have to log on to the Internet, and then log on to the online tax return page for submission after the taxpayer completes the report. Off-line mode enables taxpayers to fill in the report several times, and then realize it according to various taxpayer declaration methods provided by State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China.

Some need to collect the basic information of taxpayers, including the photo of the legal representative's ID card, and upload it in the format required by the tax bureau.
