Thoughts on Informationization Teaching Informationization of education has been heated recently, but the simplification and stylization of informationization of education do not start from the fundamental of school education-cultivating people and educating people, so the constructivist theory of "starting, applying, integrating and developing" seems to be unable to reach the step of "integration", and experts and scholars are confused, have no direction and can't find the problem for a while. At present, there are still many technical barriers to overcome in the construction of educational informatization application ability; Education informatization is not to revolutionize education, but to enrich and supplement technical means.
First, education informatization has started.
This year, educational informatization has been very hot. Not only do businesses buy energy in full swing, but some education administrative departments and school leaders can't sit still. They are afraid of falling behind and letting others lead, and they are also eager to visit and inspect everywhere. Experts are busy giving speeches everywhere and vigorously promoting them. Propaganda and research were originally experts' business, but experts studied well. Have they studied it thoroughly? In my opinion, experts have not studied thoroughly. Generally speaking, they haven't found an effective way for China's education informatization. Since there is nothing we can do, we will shout everywhere and even give education a revolution. Then, we might as well calm down and analyze it and talk about our personal thoughts and views on educational informatization.
Second, the main viewpoints of current educational informatization
At present, a so-called "constructivism" theory is widely used to guide the research, experiment and application of educational informatization in China and even internationally. The main content of this theory is to divide educational informatization into four stages: starting, application, integration and development (or innovation), and it is considered that it has reached the third stage, namely the integration stage. At this stage, the society's cognitive views on educational informatization are nothing more than the following (the main direction of shouting).
1, educational informatization is the inevitable trend of educational reform and development;
2. Future education is a paradise for students to learn independently;
3. Compared with the informationization of the whole society, the informationization of education lags behind the banking, telecommunications, taxation, medical care and other industries, and greatly lags behind the development of the times.
4. Students must realize personalized learning, that is, they can freely choose learning content and study according to their own preferences;
5. Completely deny the traditional teaching mode and management mode, and carry out an educational revolution.
Third, my cognitive attitude analysis of the current viewpoint.
(1) Everyone agrees with the first two viewpoints. Education informatization is the direction of education reform and development, which is no problem. This is because, firstly, with the progress of society and the development of science and technology, educational means can't stay in the primitive state, more or less, and education should at least be influenced subtly. Besides, the traditional means of education are not advanced, and some rural primary and secondary schools in poverty-stricken areas still teach by lecture, and the basic teaching methods are not used or shelved, which will of course change. For example, experimental teaching, the most basic teaching method, has not been really taken seriously. As long as you go deep into the school, you will find that the teaching equipment in some schools is idle everywhere. Of course, this is mainly influenced by the talent selection and evaluation model. Educational informatization can present the content of teaching materials in the form of multimedia, give students visual impact and auditory feeling, and attract students' attention to study with the help of multi-senses, so as to achieve the ideal teaching effect. This is undoubtedly a good thing, and it is also the benefit brought by information technology to education and teaching. The education sector will naturally not turn a blind eye, let alone refuse. Second, the development of information technology makes teaching resources digital, networked and cloudless, and is no longer controlled by teachers and books; It is easy to find resources, and it is cheaper to use them, which makes it much easier for students to learn independently, and they can study at any time and place without the limitation of time and space. Undoubtedly, this provides a basic premise for building a learning society, which is worthy of praise and shouting. At the same time, educational informatization can make children in backward areas enjoy high-quality educational resources, realize the enjoyment of high-quality resources and solve the problem of educational balance, which is also worth popularizing.
(2) The last three points are debatable. As long as you think about it carefully, you will find that the latter three views are actually the same thing. They think that learning should be students' own business, and teachers and schools have no right to interfere, or that teachers should stand aside and the traditional teaching methods of schools must be changed. What has not changed at present is the stagnation of educational informatization, that is, educational informatization lags behind the whole era; This situation must change. In the final analysis, education must undergo a revolution. The author can't agree with this view for the simple reason that the traditional educational model can't be denied until an effective method of educational informatization is found, or it can't be completely denied after educational informatization is realized. The author will demonstrate later.
Fourth, analyze the opinions and attitudes of experts.
Through a large number of experiments, it is proved that there is a "ceiling" phenomenon in educational informatization, that is, it is difficult to integrate, or it is called stagnation, and experts from all walks of life are puzzled. Surprise, confusion and even anger are all reflecting on this dilemma and sharpening their heads to find out the reasons, so there are different versions of educational informatization with different opinions. Let's see what the experts say.
* Professor Yu Shengquan, a new generation of well-known experts in China and a professor at Beijing Normal University, said, "Compared with the informationization of the whole society, compared with the banking, telecommunications, taxation, medical care and other industries, the informationization of education is seriously lagging behind the development of the times. Banks can't open doors without computers and networks, but schools still have classes without computers. "
* Guangming Daily published an article entitled "Why Education Informatization is Stagnating" on 201419. The article holds that China's education informatization has entered a period of rapid development since the promulgation of the Outline of National Education Planning and the Ten-year Development Plan of Education Informatization. However, this change is likely to occur outside the classroom teaching, which is contrary to the development trend of "from quantitative change to qualitative change" in other areas of our society due to the influence of information technology, and deserves high vigilance.
He believes that the reasons for the stagnation of educational informatization are as follows:
1, theoretical constraints, that is, the so-called "starting, application, integration, development (or innovation)" theory is unscientific. Integration and integration not only limit people's creativity, but also blur the historical mission of educational informatization and bind people's thoughts and hands and feet, that is, there is something wrong with the so-called top-level design. Either learn from America, bypass classroom teaching practice and conduct research after class.
2. Institutional constraints of exam-oriented education. This factor exists as well as objectively, I agree.
3. The teaching system is bound. In other words, the class teaching system hinders the informationization of education and advocates the reconstruction of the teaching system.
4. Management system constraints. It means that education departments and technical units attach importance to construction and neglect application, and construction and application are separated. To put it bluntly, construction departments and technical units say it is important, but users, that is, schools and teachers, don't think so.
5. Educational informatization is in urgent need of structural changes.
As early as 2005, Charles, director of the human resources department of UNESCO, was quoted as saying: Real educational innovation requires us to rethink education, completely transform schools and transform ourselves, while teaching students technology, integrating technology into existing courses and promoting teaching in education with technology are not innovations.
It is believed that school education needs to realize "mutation" and "fracture" transformation with the support of modern information technology, rather than gradual and completely conditional evolution. Therefore, it is suggested to carry out educational reform from the following aspects. 1), the historical division of human brain and computer tasks; 2) Implementing "no-score education" and constructing the ability education system; 3) Start the second phase of the "Rural Distance Education Project"-the full-time distance education project to solve the problem of balanced development of education in "contiguous destitute areas" and ethnic minority areas; (It seems that he still doesn't understand the informationization of education.) It has realized that both urban and rural students can enjoy high-quality educational resources. 4) Make full use of electronic student status to build a national education database; 5) Comprehensively promote the evaluation mechanism of educational informatization performance management. The so-called "spending money will have an effect, and inefficiency will be accountable" system.
* Professor Zhu Zhiting, a top domestic expert and East China Normal University, also said that educational informatization is a revolution in education, but it seems to be spoken out. Literally, the article "On Educational Informatization and Educational Reform" points out that "informatization is a necessary condition to promote the reform of educational relations and contemporary educational reform, but it is not a sufficient condition"; According to the Ecological View of Educational Informatization Construction, it is difficult to integrate and integrate educational informatization at present, and there are various problems. It is considered that the technical framework of the new round of educational informatization environment construction is cloud computing, commonly known as educational cloud. This means that education informatization has technical support, which is the education cloud. With the education cloud, education informatization has taken a step closer. After all, his old man is everyone, and he tries his best to explain it academically and technically. He doesn't complain about this and that, avoids sensitive topics and speaks carefully. Although he also knows the fact that education informatization is stagnant at present, he never boasts that it is a problem of who and who. Just comparing the advantages of information-based autonomous learning can not completely deny traditional education and warn people that "it is dangerous and foolish to make any prediction about information."
Let's briefly analyze the attitudes of the three experts.
1, Professor Yu Shengquan, is a serious stagnation of educational informatization, which is an abnormal phenomenon. The implication is, what is the reason? It is caused by the government or the administrative department of education not paying attention to it and not working hard, which is not normal anyway. The deeper meaning is that the traditional education model is far less than the information-based teaching model, which is much backward and decadent and should be completely changed and replaced. -Only information theory.
Professor Zhang just listed the opinions of others in the society and summarized them. To put it simply, he just found the disadvantages of traditional education mode and management mode and the shortcomings of current theory and practice, and there was not much new idea. His ideas are also "abrupt" and "broken", and education should be reshaped and rebuilt. -Catastrophe theory.
3. Professor Zhu Zhiting didn't find a theoretical basis. He was cautious about the shortcomings of society, government and educational institutions. He only verbally said that educational informatization was a revolution in education. If it is only a revolution in technology and means, there is no problem. It is not clear whether it is a technological revolution or a complete revolution. -cautious revolution theory.
Based on the opinions of the three experts, we can see that they believe that the traditional education model is completely backward, outdated and decadent, which restricts the development of education, the cultivation of talents and the progress of the country and mankind, and should be completely changed and abolished. Information education has many advantages and advantages, which should be vigorously implemented and popularized. To put it bluntly, it is necessary to use educational informatization to carry out an educational revolution.
5. Reflections on several major issues of educational informatization.
1. Why do you want to revolutionize the traditional education model? Although the traditional education model has such shortcomings and backward aspects, it cannot be completely denied. I believe that all three professors are experts and scholars trained under the traditional education mode. A long time ago, in remote rural areas and cities, schools trained them with traditional educational models. Now they are all experts. After becoming famous, they made school education worthless and reneged. Is this ridiculous and unconvincing? On the contrary, China's traditional education model has trained tens of millions of national pillars, senior talents and scholars, many of whom are of course innovative talents, otherwise China would not have today's prosperity. Therefore, China has made great contributions to the revival of traditional education, which shows that traditional education is not without its merits. Although she is backward in some aspects, she is not backward as a whole. Why should we revolutionize the traditional education model? Revolution is a hot word during the Great Revolution and an extreme act as a last resort. Life is not so beautiful. Who will try? Some people are fascinated by the mention of revolution, and they are all poisoned by the Great Revolution. China culture has been poisoned to some extent. But now we need to think calmly, less revolution and more reflection.
