Conditions for purchasing houses and settling down
Persons who own houses in Wuxi, have legal and stable employment and pay social insurance according to law are allowed to settle in this city, including themselves, spouses and minor children.
Note: There is no area limit for housing, and there is no fixed period requirement for social security.
Conditions for college students to settle down
In Wuxi, there are legally stable residences (including leases, that is, rented houses registered by the real estate management department), or graduates of universities and vocational colleges who are legally and stably employed and participate in urban social insurance (relaxed to within 3 years of graduation), returned overseas students and skilled workers can apply to move their own, spouses and minor children's accounts into this city.
Rent settlement conditions
Those who join the army and enter the city, the new generation of migrant workers, and the agricultural floating population who live in cities and move with their families, have legally stable residences (including leases), legally stable employment and have paid social security for two years according to law, can apply for settlement.

Treatment conditions
Domestic residents under the age of 45 who are not registered in this Municipality and intend to develop in Wuxi and meet one of the following conditions may apply to move their household registration:
(1) Returned from studying abroad, with a bachelor degree or above certified by the Ministry of Education;
(2) Having a full-time bachelor degree or above;
(3) Obtaining professional and technical titles of subtropical high and above;
(4) Having a national vocational qualification (vocational skill level) above the second level.

Treatment conditions
Within the legal working age, the following persons who are employed by the employer in Wuxi and pay social security can apply for their household registration:
(1) Returned from studying abroad, with a bachelor degree or above certified by the Ministry of Education;
(2) Having a bachelor degree or above;
(3) Having intermediate or above titles;
(4) Having a national vocational qualification (vocational skill level) of two or more;
(five) with a college degree, not more than 35 years of age;
(six) with a college degree, over 35 years of age, continuous payment of social insurance for 3 months;
(seven) with a primary title, continuous payment of social insurance for 3 months;
(eight) with technical secondary school education, continuous payment of social insurance for 6 months.
Other settlement conditions
Persons who meet one of the following conditions may apply to move their registered permanent residence into this city (including Wuxi, Jiangyin and Yixing, the same below):
(a) cadres and workers approved by the relevant departments and all kinds of talents and college graduates introduced according to the relevant policies and regulations of the state;
(2) Military veterans (including demobilized cadres and retirees) and their accompanying family members' children who have been approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs to receive resettlement;
(3) dependents of military cadres approved by the political department of the troops stationed in tin at or above the division level;
(four) approved by the national and provincial administrative departments of education, human resources and social security, students studying in institutions of higher learning, vocational colleges and technical schools in this city;
(five) coaches and athletes approved by the sports administrative department;
(six) with the approval of the public security organs, the parents, children and spouses of Wuxi household registration personnel who have ownership houses in this city have taken refuge in and settled down;
(seven) graduates from colleges, vocational colleges and technical schools with the original household registration in the city (including dropouts and dropouts);
(eight) the original Wuxi retirees who have the ownership of the house in this city.
