Article 12 The four majors of criminal execution, criminal investigation technology, administrative execution and judicial information security are judicial administrative police majors. Fifteenth candidates who apply for the judicial administrative police major must take the physical fitness test and pass it. Physical fitness test items and eligibility criteria are shown in the table below. If three of the following four items meet the standards, the conclusion of physical fitness evaluation is qualified.
Article 16 Candidates who apply for the major of judicial administrative police must abide by the Constitution and laws, have good conduct and strong organizational discipline, meet the ideological and political moral requirements of the people's police work of judicial administrative organs, and pass the political examination by judicial administrative organs.
