Settlement conditions:

(1) The household registration of people from other provinces and cities can be settled: people from other provinces and cities can apply to settle in our city, and people from six counties (cities) and Changle District can apply to settle in five urban areas without any restrictions such as education, age, employment and entrepreneurship.

(two) allow six counties (cities), Changle District, Cangshan District Sanjiangkou area registered to lease private housing tenants and their close relatives to settle in private housing.

Settlement materials:

(a) in a legally stable family, provide the following materials:

1. Declaration of application for settlement and statement of authenticity of materials (Annex 2);

2. The migration household register and the applicant's ID card;

3. I (or close relatives) legally stable residence ownership certificate. Proof of ownership of close relatives, but also need to provide proof of relationship with close relatives of the owner (or user) of the house. 5. A statement that all house owners (users) agree to settle down (Annex 3).

(2) Property owners who have settled in the name of the unit shall provide the following materials:

1. Declaration of application for settlement and authenticity of materials;

2. The migration household register and the applicant's ID card;

3. Real estate license or immovable property certificate of legally stable residence under the name of the unit;

4. Legal and stable employment certificate;

5. If the close relatives of the employees move with them, provide proof of the relationship with the close relatives of the employees who move into the household registration;

6. Statement that the unit agrees to settle down (Annex 4).

(three) settled in the unit collective households, provide the following materials:

1. Declaration of application for settlement and authenticity of materials;

2. The migration household register and the applicant's ID card;

3. Legal and stable employment certificate;

4. If the employee's close relatives move with him, it is necessary to provide proof of the relationship with the close relatives of the employee who moved into the household registration;

5. A statement that immigrants and their spouses have no legal property rights in five urban areas or the same county (city, Changle District) (Annex 5);

6. Statement that the unit agrees to settle down.

(four) settled in the commercial and residential building collective households, provide the following materials:

1. Declaration of application for settlement and authenticity of materials;

2. The migration household register and the applicant's ID card;

3. My (or near relative's) real estate license or property ownership certificate. If the owner is a close relative, submit the proof of the relationship with the close relative of the house owner. The ownership of one spouse can be regarded as shared by both spouses, and the close relatives of both spouses can apply for moving in;

4. If the close relatives of the house owner move with them, provide proof of the relationship with the close relatives of the house owner;

5. Statement that all house owners agree to settle down.

(5) Collective households who have settled in the Employment and Personnel Center (Annex 6) may voluntarily choose any collective household to settle down and provide the following materials:

1. Declaration of application for settlement and authenticity of materials;

2. The migration household register and the applicant's ID card;

3. One of the following documents:

(1) the electronic registration record form of the diploma of colleges and universities recognized by the state or the diploma of the Ministry of Education or the certification report of China's higher education;

(2) Graduation certificate of secondary specialized school (or vocational college or technical school);

(3) Graduation certificate and degree certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education;

(4) professional and technical (vocational) qualification certificate;

(5) Vocational skill qualification (grade) certificate;

(6) The "Certificate on the Settlement of Imported Talents" issued by the human and social departments at or above the county level;

4. If a close relative moves with the applicant, provide a certificate of relationship with the applicant's close relative.

(six) settled in a collective apartment, provide the following materials:

1. Declaration of application for settlement and authenticity of materials;

2. The migration household register and the applicant's ID card;

3 Fuzhou talent apartment housing lease contract, or the "introduction of talent settlement certificate" issued by the municipal talent (or human society) department;

4. If a close relative moves with the applicant, provide a certificate of relationship with the applicant's close relative.

(seven) to apply for families who have settled in six counties (cities), Changle District and Sanjiangkou District of Cangshan District to rent private housing, and provide the following materials:

1. Declaration of application for settlement and authenticity of materials;

2. Migrator's household registration book and lessee's ID card;

3. Certificate of private house lease registered by the competent department of construction (real estate) (Annex 7);

4. Housing lease contract;

5. If the close relatives move with the lessee, provide proof of the close relatives relationship with the lessee;

6. A statement that all private housing owners agree to settle down;

7. Declaration that immigrants and their spouses have no legal property rights in the same county (city, Changle District) (not provided in Sanjiangkou area of Cangshan District).

Note: After the lessee and his close relatives have settled in the address of the private house, if the owner of the private house does not agree that the lessee and his close relatives will continue to settle down, and the lessee still refuses to cooperate to move out more than 30 days after the owner of the private house applies in writing to the police station for the lessee and his close relatives to move out, the public security organ will move the account of the lessee and his close relatives into a collective household with a public address set up by the police station.

(eight) unable to provide the above seven types of address materials, you can voluntarily choose to set up a collective household with a public address in any police station, and provide the following materials:

1. Declaration of application for settlement and authenticity of materials;

2. The migration household register and the applicant's ID card;

3. If close relatives move with them, provide proof of close relatives' relationship;

Article 111 Citizens living in other areas outside the jurisdiction of Fuzhou City, Xiamen City and Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone in our province may apply to the local police station for registered permanent residence registration and settle down after being reported to the household administration department of the county-level public security organ for approval.

Article 113 Citizens living in Xiamen shall conform to Xiamen's immigration policy.

Article 114 Citizens living in Fuzhou, Xiamen and Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone who meet any of the following circumstances, are employed in their places of residence and have a legally stable residence (collective households are deemed to have a legally stable residence if they are employed), and apply for a temporary residence permit or residence permit, they may submit qualified certification materials, apply to the local public security police station, and report to the household administration department of the county-level public security organ for approval after investigation and verification by the local public security police station.
