The final result of the two enterprises is to understand and implement the consulting project, but the effect is different. Consulting thinking is definitely not planning thinking.

The planning industry in China is actually a profession between consulting and advertising. It may be a bit reluctant to say that it is an industry, but it will be more accurate to say that it is a profession. Most planners are inextricably linked with the news industry, because it is related to the origin of their careers.

In the past, many planners helped enterprises to carry out brand design or corporate image communication through advertisements or media, so many planners started with brand and CI design. But consulting is a serious profession, and it is no exaggeration. It has a history of 100 years in the west. It emphasizes scientific prediction and analysis, needs rational thinking and structured mode, and its theoretical basis is management.

Therefore, these two models are fundamentally different in essence, but in this special soil of China, they are wrongly linked. However, the proposal put forward by the consulting company is how to establish brand model, brand appeal point and brand communication channel from a strategic perspective, from which we can see the difference between the two.
