In 2023, the enrollment target of small classes in ordinary kindergartens is: children born between September 20 19 and August 2020 who have the ability to receive general education.
Publish registration information
On Friday, May 12, 2023, the education bureaus and sports bureaus of all districts and cities released the enrollment policies of kindergartens in their respective districts and cities through their websites and official WeChat accounts. Kindergartens publish enrollment brochures through the kindergarten website or WeChat official account, and post them at the entrance of the kindergarten.
Organize registration and admission
1. Registration time. In principle, the registration and admission of small classes in kindergartens in the whole city will be carried out from Monday, June 12 to Friday, June 30th.
2. Registration method. In accordance with the principles of standardization, convenience and efficiency, all districts and cities implement online enrollment registration.
3. Admission method. All kindergartens give priority to recruiting children who meet the admission requirements, and shall not take the registration order as the basis for admission. If the number of eligible children exceeds the enrollment plan, the admission list will be determined by random allocation. Other ways of admission, each district and city should be clear in the enrollment plan. If there is a spare degree on weekdays, the kindergarten will make it up.
4. Admission arrangements for the three districts in the city.
First enrollment. Register online from Monday, June 12 to Thursday, June 15. The admission list will be confirmed on Friday, June1June. The second enrollment. On Sunday, June 18, the second enrollment information was released. Register online from Monday, June 19 to Tuesday, June 20th. The admission list will be confirmed on June 2 1 Wednesday.
Organize new students to enter the park
1. Do a good job in the physical examination of children entering the park. Before entering the park, freshmen should have a health examination according to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Health Care Management Measures for Nurseries and Kindergartens in Qingdao (Revised Edition) (Qing Maternal and Child [2065438+09] No.9). Parents voluntarily choose any medical and health care institution recognized by the health care authorities at or above the district level for health examination, and report to the kindergarten with relevant materials within the specified time.
2. Standardize the registration in the park. The registration time of each kindergarten must meet the unified requirements of all districts and cities, and be clearly defined in the enrollment brochure, and shall not be changed at will. Those who fail to report within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically.
3. Do a good job in the inspection of vaccination certificates. Kindergartens should conscientiously do a good job in the inspection of vaccination certificates in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Inspection Methods of Vaccination Certificates for Children in Kindergartens and Schools (Guo Wei Ban [2021] No.4).
