Site name: Queqi Road belongs to Guangzhou Metro Guangfo Line and Foshan Metro Line 1 (Guangfo Metro).

Project unit: Qi Kui Road Station of Guangzhou Engineering Company of Guangdong Hydropower Second Bureau is both the terminal station (Guangzhou-Foshan) and the starting station (Foshan-Guangzhou). The station is located at the intersection of Qi Kui Road and Fenjiang South Road, along the north-south direction of Fenjiang South Road. According to the relevant planning, it will become a subway hub station radiating around.

The Urban Design Plan of Qi Kui Road Metro Hub Station released in 2004 proposes that Guangfo Metro will mainly take Qi Kui Road Metro Hub Station as the core, radiating the surrounding business circles, with a total area of about 1.06 square kilometers. According to the plan, there are Lvwating Memorial Park, Zhuangyuanfang Recreation Area, Champion Well Scenic Area, Jianjia Temple and Chenjia Temple extending to the south. The plan also suggests that while retaining the original architectural features, Zhuangyuan Square should be transformed to organically combine the fashionable consumption area with the traditional buildings.

Because the Qi Kui Road where it is located is the "horizontal four" in the "four verticals and nine horizontals" expressway network of Giant Foshan, and it is the main road connecting Shunde, Chancheng and Nanhai. With these advantages, Qi Kui Road Station will form a powerful traffic transfer system.

Qi Kui Road Station plans to build four entrances A, B, C and D, and the entrances B and C have been completed at present, which will be opened at the same time as the first phase of Guangfo Metro. And ports a and d are reserved entrances and exits. On the west side of the subway station is a large closed grassland, which is the location of the planned comprehensive passenger transport hub. The new property "Tianyu Yingpin" on the west side of the fenhe grassland has been pre-sold. The property has apartments ranging from 38 square meters to more than 80 square meters, with an average price of about 1 10,000 yuan per square meter.

Less than 1 km to the west along Qi Kui Road is Foshan Avenue, and the construction of Foshan Home Expo Center is in full swing. Walk along Qi Kui Road to the east for about 500 meters, and you will arrive at Liri Rose City Commercial Street, where there are gourmet restaurants and slimming beauty shops with different flavors. Across the street from Qi Kui Road are Shi Lan International Metal Trading Center, Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Shi Lan Terminal and Chancheng Administrative Service Center, where there are large parking lots and Liri Rose City Commercial Street. In the future, citizens can park their private cars in these parking lots and then walk to Qi Kui Road Station to take the subway.

Within a few hundred meters south of Qi Kui Road Station, there are still old factories and buildings to be rebuilt. There is a row of shops in the southwest corner of the subway station, and many surrounding buildings are under construction.

However, walking north along Fenjiang South Road, the golden wealth building is extremely eye-catching, and many financial institutions such as CITIC Bank and Ping An Insurance have settled here. To the north of Fortune Building stands China Telecom Building, where there is a large roadside parking lot. Across the street from China Telecom Building is Liri Haoting Community, surrounded by door-to-door shops. Go north along Fenjiang South Road, and you will meet many banks and shops offering various services. A new supermarket is opened about 500 meters away from the subway station. Turn right to Huijing Road, where there are many good places to spend. Many food shops hidden in the commercial street of Liri Rose City are one of the areas where food is concentrated in the central area of Foshan.

The price of second-hand houses in Liri Haoting, Liri Rose, Expo Home and other communities near Qi Kui Road Station is around 9,000 yuan 1 10,000 yuan/square meter, but the area is relatively large, generally more than 70 to 80 square meters. If you want to buy 50-60 square meters of real estate, you can choose the nearby Huijingcheng, Rose Garden and other communities. Some second-hand houses with smaller areas here are also cheaper, about 8,000 yuan to 9,000 yuan per square meter.

Although it is located in the urban-rural fringe, Qi Kui Road Station extends in all directions, including the starting station of Guangfo Citybus Line 7, Liri Haoting Bus Station and Liri Rose Bus Station. At least 10 bus line passes through here, and the urban bus line from Guicheng to Gaoming Lianhua Town in Nanhai also passes through here. Beijiao Express Line connects Beijiao Square and Qi Kui Road subway station. Around Qi Kui Road Station, there will be public bicycle rental points and taxi waiting areas connected to the subway in the future. After the subway is opened to traffic, Qi Kui Road Station will become a "new pit" in Foshan.
