A registered architect refers to a person who has obtained the qualification certificate of a registered architect according to law and performs the business of a registered architect in an architectural design unit. The state provides comprehensive design, indoor and outdoor environment design, architectural decoration design, architectural restoration, architectural sculpture and structural design with special architectural requirements for various civil and industrial houses and groups engaged in human life and production services.
Personnel engaged in architectural design technical consultation, architectural survey and evaluation, construction guidance and supervision of self-designed projects and other professional and technical work shall implement the qualification system of registered architects.
Examination content:
The first subject "Pre-design Work" (45 questions) and the second subject "Site Design" (45 questions) of the knowledge questions in the original examination outline of the first-class registered architect qualification were merged into one subject "Pre-design and Site Design" (***90 questions). Candidates who passed the original "pre-design work" subject only took 46-90 questions.
Candidates who passed the original course "Site Design" only took the test No.65438 +0-45. Candidates who fail in the subjects of "Preliminary Design Work" and "Site Design" or fail to apply for the exam need to take the topic of "Preliminary Design and Site Design" 1-90.
At present, architectural scheme design and architectural technical design have replaced the original topic, architectural design and expression, which are 6 hours and 5 hours respectively. Candidates who fail or fail to register for the original topic "Architectural Design and Performance" need to register for two subjects.
