The service hall of the University Student Affairs Center has a building area of 450 square meters, which is divided into functional areas such as transaction handling, information inquiry and printing. Among them, three functional departments, School 13, have been introduced into the trading functional area, providing students with more than 60 services, such as student loan, work-study program, tuition compensation, employment information consultation and procedures, dormitory electric card recharge, student ID card replacement, league member registration, graduate household registration transfer certificate handling, and pre-registration for enlistment. The information inquiry and printing function area is equipped with self-service computer and self-service printing system. Students can query and fill in relevant materials through the computer, or print transcripts, school certificates and honorary certificates through the self-service printing system.
Through the website, WeChat and the LED display screen in the Affairs Hall, the Affairs Center publishes all notices and posters of campus cultural activities for students of all departments, and also provides convenient inquiries about nine types of student affairs, so as to facilitate students to obtain information and consult affairs.
The Affairs Center holds weekly "School Leadership Reception Day" and "Functional Departments Meet Students Face to Face" activities to listen to students' opinions and suggestions and improve the work of various departments. The center also collects students' suggestions through questionnaires, symposiums, website message boards and various trading windows.
The Student Learning and Development Guidance Center is one of the first learning guidance centers established in China. Brand activities such as Q&A workshop, English corner, Chinese Bridge, learning method workshop, postgraduate entrance examination forum, innovation and entrepreneurship salon, and study style report meeting are held regularly every week. The center has an elegant environment and complete facilities, and is open to all teachers and students free of charge. It is an important place for teachers and students to learn and communicate.
The University Student Affairs Center adheres to the working concept of "educating people and serving students to grow up", and takes "facilitating students' work, solving students' difficulties, safeguarding students' rights and interests and serving students to grow up" as its working goal to build a "one-stop" efficient working platform.
