The National Professional Standard for Procurement Professionals has been officially promulgated and implemented by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (formerly the Ministry of Labor and Social Security).
This standard comprehensively and systematically stipulates the knowledge and skills that procurement personnel should master and possess. The promulgation and implementation of this standard indicates that there is a unified standard and scientific basis for the vocational training and qualification certification of purchasing managers in China, and it has been formally brought into the legal track of the national examination system.
