The intense and substantial educational practice has ended, leaving behind full gains and disappointments. Preparing lessons is the beginning of teaching. Preparing lessons should not only be related to the contents of books, but also to the actual life of students. We should also consider students' original knowledge level, students' acceptance ability, students' response to the classroom and the actual teaching situation. First confirm with the teacher which class I want to attend, and then ask the teacher for the basic knowledge of that class to avoid different progress. My lesson plan includes how to talk about each link, how many minutes to use, the content of homework and so on. It was clearly written, and then I gave it to Miss Li. Teacher Li read the lesson plan and thought it was nothing serious. In order not to affect my thinking, he didn't give any advice. 3. The most important part of lecture teaching is to give lectures on the platform, which is an important step to bring all the previous work into the actual environment. In this process, we can see the true strength of the teacher, whether the teacher takes it seriously in the previous process, and whether he is responsible for the internship school and students. I once took classes as a student with the purpose of learning knowledge; Now teaching as a teacher is for students to learn. At the beginning of the lecture, we felt that the students sitting under the platform were no longer the students who trained with us in the microteaching room, but the real students. In the previous micro-class, students can answer the answers you want in time and cooperate with your class, but in the real class, students will not answer our questions casually and quickly like classmates, but really think and wait for our answers.
Teachers should not only teach knowledge, but also manage classroom discipline and communicate with students individually. After the National Day, the first lesson of my life-beautification-came. I was not nervous at first, but I was not natural in the connection with the teacher's last class. I often forgot to turn on the radio to control the students or turn off the radio because of my inexperience. Some classes have a good foundation, while others have a poor foundation. My job barely does this. Some students were surprised. It also narrowed the distance with students. Next time. I often go to classes and dormitories to communicate with my classmates. Understand the situation of students. After school in the afternoon, I also have activities with students. According to the situation, the work plan was quickly made. Submit it to the original class teacher, Mr. Li, for approval. Next, I will do everything as planned. The first is work and rest, get up early every day to urge students to read early on time and do hygiene. Go to the class for self-study at night. Do some Q&A counseling. The course I teach is a multimedia courseware making unit in the whole school's open course "Fundamentals of Modern Educational Technology". My class time is from 6: 30 to 9: 30 on Tuesday, in the network room. The students are XX students majoring in English, Japanese and Russian. They have a certain computer foundation, are curious about this course, and can make simple demonstration courseware. How to make their multimedia courseware making skills reach a higher level in a limited time-three computer classes and six class hours-is a problem worthy of our consideration. We didn't teach them the basic operation of powerpoing software in class, and we didn't teach them too many skills. Instead, we did an animation of Chang 'e around the moon in the form of a task, such as completing a drop-down menu, including the skill operation in the task, to cultivate students' courseware design ability. The drop-down menu seems to be a technology, but there are not many technical elements in it. Students can learn it well in a little time. The key lies in the understanding of the relationship between courseware parts, the innovation of courseware design and the change of students' concept-from developing teaching-assisted courseware to developing learning-assisted courseware.
In the first class, the content of teaching students is to make drop-down menus. Due to the lack of preparation before class, I only talked about how to make a drop-down menu, only demonstrated the first few steps, and arranged for students to complete the rest steps themselves. When I went to the students to watch their operation, I found that they basically didn't know what to do next, and the teacher also put forward in time: I want to take the students through the whole process. I just know that the content of teaching is not operation, but taking students to the process, that is, letting students experience the design process, and increasing the ability of courseware design and the ability of combining teaching theoretical knowledge with courseware production in this process.
After three classes, students are required to submit a courseware related to their major as homework. Judging from the homework submitted by students, many students' courseware stays at the original level. The content of the courseware is mainly pictures and words, the words are too small and the pictures are too flowery. There is no fixed order between the content and knowledge points of the whole page. In short, they don't design courseware from the students' point of view, but finish their homework around their hobbies. When teachers ask to integrate what they have learned in computer practice into the courseware, they only consider using the drop-down menu as a navigation tool, and some students even think it will waste time.
After three weeks of teaching practice, I gained knowledge and improved my ability. But the defects are also obvious, just as the teacher said: the lecture was too fast and the students' acceptance ability was not noticed. In fact, this has something to do with your own preparation. Before class, they lack understanding of students' ability and the goals that the whole teaching activity needs to achieve, and they don't pay attention to students' reaction in class. In the future teaching process, we need to master the control ability of the teaching process, make full preparations, and strive for a reasonable and appropriate teaching speed so that most students can keep up and understand.
