ITSM Basic Certificate (IT Service Management):
ITSM's ITIL basic certificate, that is, ITIL basic certification, is aimed at anyone who wants to know some IT service management concepts. Candidates' conditions:
Candidates who take the ITIL basic exam have no special requirements. As long as you are engaged in IT service management and have basic theoretical knowledge of IT services, you can participate in ITIL certification training and qualification examination.
Examination form:
The ITIL Basic Certification Examination has 40 multiple-choice questions and should be completed within 1 hour. For ITIL basic examination, candidates only need to get 65 points or above (that is, at least 26 out of 40 questions are correctly answered) to pass the examination and obtain ITIL basic IT service management certificate.
ITSM Practice Certificate (IT Service Management):
ITIL Practitioner (ITSM Practitioner Certificate) certification requires professionals engaged in specific IT service management processes to have certain practical experience. Those who have obtained this certificate can go deep into relevant management process fields and be responsible for key work such as process design and operation. Candidates can choose one of the nine exams for practitioner certification as the professional certification of the specific process of IT service management.
Candidates' conditions:
Participate in the training of ITIL certification training institutions authorized by two authoritative organizations (EXIN or ISEB) and obtain qualified results in the course evaluation of certification training;
At least 5 years IT working experience and 2 years IT service management experience; Have itil basic certificate in itsm certificate qualification.
Examination form:
The ITIL medical practitioner exam takes 2 hours to complete, including multiple-choice questions and questions.
ITSM Manager Certificate (IT Service Management):
ITSM Administrator Certification is aimed at senior IT service management professionals, especially those consultants (such as IT service management managers, IT service management consultants, etc.) who are responsible for the implementation of ITIL. This certification requires the certified object to have sufficient knowledge and relevant experience in ITIL in breadth and depth.
Candidates' conditions:
Participate in the training of ITIL certification training institutions authorized by two authoritative organizations (EXIN or ISEB) and obtain qualified results in the course evaluation of certification training;

Examination form:
The written test of ITIL service manager certificate has two parts: one is service support; ; The second test paper is service delivery; ;
Before the exam, candidates will get a case description. 60% of the exam questions are centered around this case, and each part has five open-ended compulsory questions, which are answered in the form of test papers. Both papers are required to be completed within 3 hours. Candidates from non-English-speaking countries can apply to extend the examination time to 3.5 hours.
