If an employer recruits college graduates who are enjoying urban subsistence allowances, families of poor workers in cities and towns, families of disabled people, and poor rural families who have not been employed for two years after graduation, and those who have not been employed for two years after graduation while enjoying student loans at school, and pay social insurance premiums according to regulations, social insurance subsidies shall be given according to the social insurance premiums actually paid, and the maximum subsidy period shall not exceed three years.

3. Tax deduction
