1. Continue to use the leased property, namely the house, after the lease contract with the lessor expires. If the lessor does not raise any objection, the original lease contract shall remain valid. If it is converted into an indefinite lease, the parties may terminate the lease contract at any time, and the lessor shall notify the lessee within a reasonable time before terminating the contract.
