At that time, I thought, since I can buy a small intermediary, this company should not be much different. After all, the contract stamp on it won't deceive people. Finally, the intermediary officially announced the news before, but the next thing completely surprised everyone.

When the contract was changed, Haoyuan Hengye said that the original staging platform could not be used, because the company stipulated that a software called Yuanbao e-home must be used to pay the rent. If it is not changed, it will move out within 3 days. At that time, the house did not expire until April 2. So there's still an installment bill outstanding. At that time, the house manager from Haoyuan Hengye solemnly said, Nothing, we untied this platform in three days. You can pay the rent directly with Yuanbao E. Because you believed in the original intermediary, you chose Haoyuan Hengye, believing that the strength is stronger, but things are far beyond all our expectations. On April 2, my meeting was still not untied, but the late payment fee increased a lot. Is there any trust in such a broken intermediary?

When signing the contract, an agreement was signed, and Haoyuan Hengye promised to change the staging platform to Yuanbao E home and then untie it in stages, and all expenses in the process of change were borne by Haoyuan Hengye. And if the original contract expires on April 2, the contract will be terminated according to the original contract term. When signing the contract, due to the change of payment platform, I will continue to pay the rent from February, but I will pay the last rent in stages from February 19 until April 2. After changing the platform, the rent will continue to be paid in March. So by the end of the contract on April 2, I paid an extra rent and a month's deposit.

When I checked out on April 2, I was told that the extra money would be refunded within 30 working days, and Yuanbao E's family would be untied within 7 working days. I promised to untie it in three working days in stages, but I haven't untied it for two months. Can you believe what they are saying now?

Facing the shirking of internal responsibility of Haoyuan Hengye, I have completely lost patience with a company like Haoyuan Hengye. I hereby advocate that everyone should be good at using legal weapons to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests when their legitimate rights and interests are violated, and such companies should not be allowed to go unpunished. Keep copies of all contracts, evidence, etc. Give a fatal blow when you are crazy.
