Second, the applicant registration conditions
(1) A registered production enterprise must be registered in People's Republic of China (PRC) and have independent legal personality. Abide by national laws and regulations, have a good business reputation, and have no record of violation of laws and regulations in business activities in the last three years;
(2) Require the registered capital of the enterprise to be no less than 5 million yuan. If the registered capital is in currencies other than RMB, the amount of RMB calculated by the intermediate price announced by the People's Bank of China on the day of registration shall prevail.
(3) The consortium registration application is not accepted this time.
(4) Service and sales performance after optimization of communication network.
(5) The applicant shall not have any of the following circumstances: two or more bidders are proved to be related or act in concert, including but not limited to the fact that the legal representatives of different bidders are the same person, or the relationship between different bidders is the parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary or holding company, or the senior management of one bidder or the relatives of senior management are the senior management of another bidder, which may lead them to take concerted actions in this bidding activity.

Only after passing the qualification examination can the manufacturer be qualified to bid for this project and enter the follow-up bidding link.
Four. Acquisition of prequalification documents
(1) The applicant is requested to pay a visit from April 29th to May 29th, 20 12 (excluding public holidays and statutory holidays), from 9: 00 am to afternoon 12, and from afternoon 15 to 18 (Beijing time, the same below).

5. Have experience in similar projects, need to provide performance of similar services in the past two years, and need to provide a copy of the service contract with official seal.
