Dr. Raymond Ch'ien is a non-executive director and chairman of the board of directors of the Company. Dr. Qian has been an executive director of the Company since November 1999 and was transferred as a non-executive director in October 2005. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company. One of Dr. Qian's duties as the chairman of the board of directors is to ensure that the board of directors operates effectively and performs its due duties, to encourage all directors to devote themselves to the affairs of the board of directors, and to set an example to ensure that the board of directors acts in the best interests of the company. Dr. Qian also served as the executive chairman of CDB Corporation ("CDB Corporation"), the ultimate controlling shareholder of the Company, from April 2000/KLOC-0 to August 2005, and was transferred as the chairman of the Company in August 2005. He also served as acting CEO of CDC from March 2004 to March 2005, and served as CEO of CDC from March 2005 to August 2005. Dr. Qian is also the Chairman of MTR Corporation Limited and a director of several companies, including HSBC Holdings Limited, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Yingjie Group, Leah Retail Limited, Viatek Group and Wharf Group Limited. Dr. Qian is also an independent non-executive director and chairman of Hang Seng Bank. Dr. Qian received his doctorate in economics from the University of Pennsylvania on 1978. He was awarded the Justice of the Peace in 1993, the Commander of the British Empire in 1994 and the Golden Bauhinia Medal in 1999.

Dr Chen Xiaowei is the executive director and president of the company. Dr. Chen became the general manager of the Company in July 2005 and the chief financial officer of the Company from June 2006 to June 2007. As the president of the Company, Dr. Chen is responsible for formulating the overall strategy of the Company and promoting the acquisition and merger activities and other capital market projects of the Company. Dr. Chen is a director of CDC Games Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CDC Corporation. Before joining our company, Dr. Chen was a media consultant in McKinsey's new york office. Dr. Chen's job responsibilities cover a full range of consulting services in the media industry, including formulating customer business development strategies and conducting due diligence on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, Dr. Chen worked as an anchor and reporter for CCTV for five years. Dr. Chen holds a Ph.D. in molecular genetics and biochemistry from China University of Science and Technology, and conducts postdoctoral research at the University of California, San Francisco.

Mr. Wang has been an independent non-executive director of China Network Technology Co., Ltd. since February 2002. Mr. Wang is also the chairman of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Wang is currently an independent director of CDC Corporation, the ultimate holding company of the Company, and a director of CDC Games International Corporation, CDC Games Corporation and CDC Mobile Corporation, wholly-owned subsidiaries of CDC Corporation. The Wang family founded Hong Kong Salon Film Co., Ltd. ("Salon") in 1969. Mr. Wang has been the director of the salon since 1969. Mr. Wang has worked with a number of Hollywood film and television companies to prepare and shoot a number of film and television projects in Asia. Since 1985, Mr. Wang has participated in and served several Asian investment groups, including the Geneva-based investment company Unifund S.A. Mr. Wang is currently honorary vice president of China Film Foundation, director of the Global Federation of Hong Kong Chambers of Commerce and Industry and director of hong kong international film festival society Limited. Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from Whittier College in California, USA.
