(3) We must promise not to recruit new people in key areas and their close contacts who do not meet the requirements of prevention and control during the epidemic period;
(4) strictly implement the isolation medical observation measures for rework personnel outside the city for not less than 14 days;
⑤ It must be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the Operation Manual for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Enterprise Employees.
3. Employees must be screened in advance.
Enterprises should check the source and activity track of each employee within 14 days in advance, and give priority to the return of local employees. Employees who are still in Hubei are advised to stay in the local area and not to return for the time being.
For employees who have lived in Hubei for nearly 14 days and have a close contact history with Hubei residents and confirmed cases, measures such as isolated medical observation at home or residence should be strictly implemented according to regulations.
Pregnant women, employees with chronic basic diseases and employees over age (60 years old and above) will not be arranged to return to their posts.
For employees who return to Chongqing from other areas and really need to return to work due to production, they can return to work by "working in the factory and not leaving the factory, dormitory or designated area for 14 days" under the condition that their body temperature is normal and there is no close contact history. At the same time, do a good job in daily health monitoring and registration, report the abnormal situation to the local government immediately, and deal with it in accordance with the relevant provisions of epidemic prevention and control.
4. Prepare for epidemic prevention.
Enterprises should prepare infrared thermometers, disinfectants, masks and other epidemic prevention and control materials, implement isolated places, ensure the ventilation of houses, and regularly do a good job in comprehensive disinfection and sanitation of office areas, canteens and vehicles.
It is necessary to ensure that employees have stable living places and set up temporary isolation places.
Enterprises that do not have the conditions to set up isolation places shall, in accordance with the unified arrangements of counties and parks, determine specific isolation observation places and report to the parks and towns (streets) where they are located.
5. Improve the management system and work hard.
Enterprises should train all employees on the knowledge of epidemic prevention and control before taking up their posts, establish a body temperature detection system and a disease reporting system, detect the body temperature of commuters every morning and evening, and report and deal with any abnormalities such as fever and cough immediately.
Enterprises implement closed management to ensure the safety of the work site; The canteen is time-sharing; Minimize meetings and don't hold party meetings; Arrange the work reasonably, keep the distance between people and reduce the gathering of people.
