What kind of theory should we listen to about children's education?

Normative discipline and factual discipline are two different educational methods, and educational ideas have different functions and meanings for everyone. Personally, I agree with the theory of factual discipline, because it can teach according to children's learning interests and characteristics. My friend Xiaomei has a child. Xiaomei teaches her children in accordance with their aptitude, and does not apply the rigid education methods in the school to children.
