Introduction of static pressure pile construction?

Static pressure construction is a pile sinking technology which uses the self-weight of static pile driver and the counterweight on the pile frame as the reaction force to press precast piles into the soil. (a) mechanical equipment comes into play

1. equipment selection: according to the pile type constructed and the bearing capacity required by the design, select the static pressure pile driver with corresponding tonnage. 600-ton static pile driver is selected for this project.

2. Equipment entering the site: the static pile driver is disassembled from different places, transported to the construction site by the operation vehicle, and installed and debugged at the site. The entry date shall be determined according to Party A's requirements.

3. Equipment debugging: after the static pile driver is installed in place, debug the oil circuit and line. Check the pile frame after debugging. Before construction, a pile must be hoisted to test whether the pile frame is damaged to the pile body. 4. After the equipment is debugged, move it to the vicinity of the construction area for construction.

(2) When the material comes into play

1. Placement of materials: Precast piles should be placed on sleepers or other objects after entering the site, and not directly on the ground. Pay attention to the flatness and keep the integrity of the pile. Precast piles should be placed in places convenient for construction and transportation.

2. Material inspection: After the precast pile is leveled, check the integrity of the pile, measure the length with a steel ruler and observe the appearance of the pile.

3. Lifting of materials: Pay attention to the lifting points when lifting precast piles to prevent the pile body from being damaged during lifting.

(3) Pile location lofting

1. Pile location setting-out basis: setting-out basis provided by the construction unit and requirements of design drawings.

2. Pile location setting-out: According to the setting-out basis, use theodolite and steel ruler, and set out the axis and pile location through intervisibility measurement to ensure the accuracy of the axis and pile location.

3. Pile location detection: After the pile location is released, fill out the lofting records and technical recheck, and report them to the general contractor and the supervisor for acceptance. After the acceptance, the construction can be started.

4. Re-survey of pile position: During the construction period, the pile position will be re-surveyed regularly, and problems will be solved in time with relevant personnel.

(4) pressing process

1. Precast pile hoisting: the precast pile shall be vertically corrected before hoisting. Precast piles should be prevented from deformation during lifting, transportation and installation, and the lifting point should be set in a reasonable position.

2. Alignment of precast pile: During hoisting, it should be lowered gently, and it is strictly forbidden to lift and fall sharply, and lower it forcibly to prevent inclination, bending or collision. When aligning, the following commanders should communicate with the operators in time, and the alignment should be accurate. After alignment, pile pressing shall be started after acceptance by the general contractor and the supervisor.

3. Control of precast pile elevation: Mark the pile feeder with a level according to the elevation provided by the owner, and re-mark it every time the level is moved. In the process of compaction, someone will stare at the level to control the depth of pile delivery.

4. Control of verticality of precast pile: During compaction, the verticality of precast pile will be controlled by a special person with theodolite or wire pendant, and it will be adjusted at any time.

5. When piling, the axial pressure of the pile should always be maintained, and if there is any deviation, it should be corrected immediately.

6. Pile extension shall ensure that the axes of the upper and lower sections are consistent.

7. In the process of construction, if the pile frame is lifted or inclined due to the pressure resistance exceeding the pile pressing capacity, the pressure should be stopped immediately to find out the reason, which may be that the pile end encounters a thick sand layer and increases the resistance. When this happens, the maximum pile pressure can be applied to the top of the pile, and the pile can slowly sink through the sand layer by stopping.

8. Displacement of static pile driver: prevent the pile position from being deformed when the static pile driver moves after pressing, and retest the pile position in time.
