I used to work on a bridge crane, and I was sweating when I climbed it in summer. People sit in the car, moving with the container, and the operation is accurate. At an altitude of 50 meters, a continuous operation lasts 12 hours. Container truck drivers have three shifts and are generally aging. A "future dock" with no one and few people has made countless port people look forward to it.

Located at the western end of Bohai Bay, Tianjin Port is the maritime gateway of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the "Three North" areas, the main seaport of xiong'an new area, the land-sea intersection of the Belt and Road Initiative, an important node of the New Eurasian Continental Bridge Economic Corridor and an international hub port that is fully open to the outside world. The intelligent container terminal in Area C of Beijiang Port Area of Tianjin Port is an important landmark project for Tianjin Port to build a "world-class port". The wharf includes three berths of 200,000-ton class, with a coastline of 1 100 meters, and can dock two container ships of 200,000-ton class at the same time or design containers of two container ships of170,000-ton class at the same time. The traditional automatic wharf is magnetic nail type perpendicular to the coastline, which needs to transform the existing wharf layout and changes greatly, so the technical route of magnetic nail type is suitable for new wharf, but not for traditional existing wharf. The proportion of traditional docks in the world is over 98%, so the full automation transformation of traditional docks is a worldwide problem and the most important field of full automation of docks. For this reason, at the beginning of the design of the intelligent container terminal in Area C, a brand-new automatic container terminal process scheme of "single trolley automatic terminal+unmanned electric truck+double cantilever automatic track crane" was adopted. Compared with the mature magnetic nail unmanned driving and bicycle unmanned driving with some innovative ports in the industry, the existing terminal layout is slightly modified, which can completely copy the traditional terminal and has low construction cost. It puts forward higher requirements for new technologies and new ideas to realize digital transformation.

The traditional terminal information architecture is difficult to support the high reliability, high performance and high scalability of the whole system. There is an urgent need to transform into a cloud architecture, and further upgrade the infrastructure such as terminal front-end perception, network transmission, computing and storage, and security management through technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence.

The new automatic terminal technology challenges the intelligence of horizontal transportation.

As one of the core production systems of automatic terminal production system, horizontal transportation system needs to run through the whole process of port workflow, break through breakpoints and achieve the best efficiency; Seamless docking and cooperation with innovative driverless cars to ensure driverless safety; As the core production system, the reliability, stability and repeatability of the system are very important.

Port operation needs intelligent management means.

Terminal C basically realized video coverage without dead ends, and the traditional terminal mainly relied on security personnel to conduct manual inspections inside the port area. It is urgent for the port to improve the inspection efficiency through active security measures, so as to find all kinds of illegal acts in the port area in time (such as illegal parking of trucks, speeding, people entering illegal areas, etc.). ). At the same time, it is necessary to realize the multi-scene linkage management of visitors, monitoring, equipment and energy through the Internet of Everything.

Through the production of clean energy such as photovoltaic power generation, Terminal C not only realizes shore-based power supply, so that docked ships have zero emissions, but also supplies power to surrounding areas, and truly becomes the first zero-carbon green port in the world to realize artificial intelligence.
