But why don't leaders sometimes answer in time? Generally speaking, there are six reasons to attract our attention:
1, you sent the message at an inappropriate time.
Leaders usually have busy working hours and a wide range of communication. Even during the break after work, there are still many things to deal with and many social gatherings to attend. The time after work is rest time, which is everyone's private time. If the information you send is not particularly urgent and important to them, the leaders will not pay attention to it.
If you send a message to the leader at night, it is not very important and urgent, and the leader will rarely reply, because maybe he is sleeping or entertaining customers. If you send a message like this: "Minister Wang, my employee Xiao Zhang will ask for leave tomorrow, and I will report it to you." Things like this can be handled within your authority. It is superfluous for you to report to minister Wang, and it is not appropriate in the choice of time. In this case, the leader will not reply, but thinks that your ability is limited and there is nothing to find.
I can't reply to things that haven't been decided for the time being.
For some things, such as a raise, you have asked the leader for a raise. Because it is not convenient to ask the leader in public, if you send a message to the leader, "Hello, Minister! Is there any hope for my salary increase? "
The minister may be fighting for you, or he may need to make a comprehensive evaluation and assessment. The application for a possible salary increase has been submitted to the company, but the company has not approved it yet. If such questions have not become conclusive evidence, the leaders can't reply for the time being.
3, involving sensitive, right and wrong issues
You send this message to the leader: "Hello, Minister! I heard Xiao Li speak ill of you in front of colleagues yesterday. " For such sensitive information, the minister, in order to keep his manners, will remain silent even if he is angry after seeing the information, and what's more, he will not believe it all. He may think that you are sowing dissension and trying to please him.
4, involving issues that need to be kept secret
You send a message to the leader: "Hello, Minister! So-and-so is at the same level as me. How did I hear that his salary is higher than mine? " For this kind of problem that needs to be kept secret, even if the leader knows the reason, he will not explain it, because the issue of personal salary belongs to the company's confidentiality.
5, deliberately do not reply, snubbing you.
If the leader hates you, you will become a dispensable person in the leader's mind, even to the point of being out of place. When you send a message to report your work to the leader, the leader will deliberately not reply, so that you can be sensible and retreat.
6. You report some trivial things to the leader, giving the leader the feeling that you are deliberately expressing yourself.
You send this message to the leader: "Hello, Minister! The employees in my workshop had a little friction yesterday because of the division of labor. After my persuasion and education, both of them realized their mistakes and made up again. " Work reports like this can only make leaders laugh and cry, because these are your daily work.
