1. The parking fee standard is based on document No.4 of Shifuban/kloc-0 and document No.5 of Shixian City, Shaanxi Province, and has been implemented since May 1 2008.
2. According to the color of license plate, vehicles are divided into small blue cars and large yellow cars.
