4. Get a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 2 years, including construction management of construction projects 1 year;
5. Get a doctorate in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 1 year.
(two) the level of exemption from two subjects.

Candidates who log on to the national professional and technical personnel qualification examination registration service platform for the first time should complete user registration before registration and upload recent color standard 1 inch half-length bareheaded photos with white background (the photos should be processed by photo review processing tools before uploading, and can only be uploaded if they are qualified). Registration photos will be used for admission tickets, examination room seating charts, qualification certificates, etc. Candidates who have registered on the registration service platform in the past are not allowed to change their photos. Registered candidates do not need to re-register, but the relevant information should be perfect. (2) During the registration period, candidates must carefully fill in the registration information according to the registration conditions, and the registration service platform will compare the registration information with the registration conditions. (2) Original certificate of education (degree);
(3) Proof of working years of relevant majors;
(4) Professional and technical post appointment (evaluation) certificate (only two subjects are required for the application level);
(5) the qualification certificate of the first-level project manager of the construction enterprise (only two subjects are required for the application level);
(6) First-class constructor qualification certificate (only professional terms are added).
2. Candidates in the following four situations should upload their valid identity documents, academic qualifications (degree) certificates and other original electronic versions on the registration service platform, and accept on-site verification at the places designated by the personnel examination institutions of various cities:
(1) Candidates with college education or above before 2002;
(2) Candidates who obtained their degrees before September 2008;
(3) Candidates whose identity or academic degree information has not passed online verification;
(4) Candidates who cannot be verified online, such as other types of identity documents or overseas academic degrees.
The above candidates are required to provide materials for on-site inspection:
(1) Original valid ID card of the candidate;
(2) Original certificate of education (degree).
3. Candidates who apply for "two subjects exempted from examination" and "additional majors" shall upload certificates (certificates) and other related materials during the registration period, and the municipal personnel examination institution shall conduct online manual verification. Candidates must check the verification results before July 20 16:00, and then pay the fees after verification. Candidates who did not apply for the notification system, did not use the notification system, withdrew their application, and their identity and academic qualifications (degrees) information could not be verified online. If they sign up for "exemption from two subjects" and "adding majors", they still have to go to the places designated by the municipal personnel examination institutions for on-site verification.
4. The municipal personnel examination institutions shall examine the qualifications of candidates whose majors are not exactly the same as those allowed to apply for the exam.
5. Candidates can't tell the truth or other situations that need to go to the scene. Municipal personnel examination institutions may require candidates to go to designated places for on-site verification.
(5) Municipalities should strictly control the qualification of registration, use the data enjoyed by the local government to review the social security information of candidates, and properly keep the candidates' registration materials (electronic version) for future reference. Qualification verification runs through the whole process before, during and after the exam.
