1 Project Overview The landscape elevation reconstruction project of this sample road section is located between Huafeng Road and Dongfang Road in Pudong South Road, facing many landmark buildings such as the Expo Coordination Bureau Building, the International Media Center and the Expo VIP Living Village. The specific transformation contents include five five-storey houses, three 18-storey high-rise houses, 1 substation, shops on the ground floor of houses, landscape fences and street greening sketches. Five multi-storey houses in Unit 3 1-44 of Gangji New Village are old-fashioned public houses built in 1978, with five floors in total and a total construction area of about 12000m2. The next three Huafeng Mansions are 18-storey houses, which were built in the 1980s with a total construction area of about 30000m2. The facades of these buildings are messy and old, and many of them are seriously damaged; The green space between buildings is fragmented and mostly used for other purposes, and the quality of green vegetation is not high; Traffic organization can only be completed within and between walls, and the supporting facilities are subject to the construction of different owners and builders in different periods, with incomplete configuration and messy layout. According to the requirements of the special meeting on the pre-promotion of Pudong South Road Landscape Reconstruction Project led by the Office of the Urban Management Project Promotion Headquarters for the 600th Day of New District's Welcome to the World Expo on June 38, 2008+February 3, 2008, Linsan Expo Functional Area organized South Wharf Street to take the lead in launching the building renovation demonstration project of Pudong South Road. (See Figure 1)2 Metamorphosis concept and design principle 2. 1 Concept explanation: Metamorphosis refers to the metamorphosis of cicada shell, which is a metaphor for the change of the shape or quality of things. This is used to describe the remarkable changes of the community appearance in four aspects during the transformation of this project. 2. 1. 1 Turn ash into green: By planting and replanting the green space inside the community and along the street, the greening rate and environment of the original community are greatly improved, and the old community is full of green and vitality. 2. 1.2 change the old into the new: redesign and transform the facade of the building to make the facade image of the old community look brand-new. 2. 1.3 break up parts into whole parts; By eliminating all kinds of illegal buildings and reorganizing the design of building accessories, the original messy architectural modeling has been completely changed. 2. 1.4 become elegant: the original storefront is uneven, and the exterior walls and storefront signs are brightly colored and the style is not high. Through the overall transformation of the storefront along the street and the adjustment of bad formats, the entire storefront along the street highlights an elegant and atmospheric business atmosphere. 2.2 Design Principle 2.2. 1 Reflect the Expo concept of "Better City, Better Life", improve urban environmental quality and enhance urban vitality. 2.2.2 Under the principle of unity, grasp the keynote characteristics of urban landscape, consider different levels and types of scheme design, and consider the coordination of the overall transformation style with the architectural style of Lujiazui and Expo Park. 2.2.3 Reflect people-oriented, give full consideration to the actual needs and vital interests of residents, and give consideration to both exterior and interior; Considering the management needs of the reformed community; The selection of building materials and detailed design are convenient for daily maintenance. 2.2.4 Follow the principle of economy and beauty, and save investment costs, which is in line with the spirit of Shanghai Municipal Committee in running the Expo with diligence and thrift. 2.2.5 The selection of building materials should emphasize the principle of energy conservation and environmental protection, and try to choose wind-proof, corrosion-proof, pollution-free and recyclable green building materials. 2.3 Architectural style and color positioning 2.3. 1 Design style positioning reflects the modernist architectural style of Pudong New Area and Lujiazui as international metropolises; The building facade draws elements from regional culture and characteristics, reflecting the cultural connotation of Shanghai style; Drawing lessons from the architectural style of the exhibition in the Expo Park, the new and old buildings after transformation can perfectly fit and complement each other, forming a harmonious urban landscape of people, city and nature. 2.3.2 The architectural color is defined as public architectural color, and the color control is mainly blue-gray and cyan-gray, which reflect the modern urban style of Lujiazui, Pudong. The color of residential buildings is mainly to reflect the existing warm gray tones such as brown, beige and local crimson on Pudong South Road, which is more cordial and elegant. In this case, in order to set off the red China Pavilion, the color of the sloping roof tiles was chosen as the blue ocean. Storefront shops attract colors, and the colors recruited by the bottom commercial storefronts draw elements from the colorful and gorgeous exhibition hall buildings of the Expo Park, and the vibrant colors fully show the fashion trend of commercial buildings. 3 Transformation strategy and technical measures 3. 1 Transformation strategy: it can be described by addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. 3. 1. 1 addition, that is, to supplement and improve the functions, facilities and green environment of the community; On the basis of keeping the original function and main structure of the building unchanged, the roof, doors and windows, walls and decorative components of the building facade are redesigned and decorated as a whole. 3. 1.2 subtraction, that is, cleaning up all kinds of illegal buildings; Eliminate the aging, deformation and looseness of various ancillary facilities, as well as various safety hazards such as water seepage and water leakage on the external wall. 3. 1.3 multiplication, that is, through the leading and coordinating role of neighborhood committees, by adding humanized designs such as greening, barrier-free facilities and outdoor leisure facilities, neighborhood relations have been greatly improved, and the quality of the original community has doubled. 3. 1.4 division, that is, through the use of the above three ways, the scale of neighborhood units will be reduced to a suitable level, which effectively solves many historical problems such as demolition compensation and neighborhood boundary disputes, eliminates many hidden dangers of unstable communities, and increases residents' sense of identity and belonging to the community. 3.2 Reconstruction Content 3.2. 1 Reconstruction of Multi-storey Residential Building 3.2. 1 Roof-The flat roof was changed into a sloping roof, which solved the problems of heat preservation, leakage prevention and beautification of the roof as a whole. 3.2. 1.2 wall-the wall of the building should be repainted, and the leaking and cracked parts should be repaired before painting. The coating system is acrylic universal primer and external wall elastic topcoat. 3.2. 1.3 Balcony-unified closed, the solid part is made of light material, the indoor side is polished and painted, and the outdoor side is painted with light gray lines and tiled, so as to achieve the effect of imitating the tile decoration with paint; The top of the plastic-steel window on the top floor balcony is capped with plastic-steel plate, and the inclined cornice is used as a canopy. 3.2. 1.4 doors and windows —— transform the entrance door of the original unit and add the finished canopy; All external windows (including balcony external windows) are replaced with plastic steel doors and windows with good thermal insulation and sound insulation effect. 3.2. 1.5 air-conditioning outdoor unit-the scattered air-conditioning outdoor units are shifted and arranged, and the louver covers of triangular steel support plates and color aluminum grille plates are uniformly added. Fluorocarbon is sprayed on the surface of the color aluminum grille, and the color is the same as that of the main wall. 3.2. 1.6 sunshade awning-it is set in a unified place due to functional needs, and its form and style are in harmony with the main style. 3.2. 1.7 clothes rack-remove the goal rack clothes rack and replace it with stainless steel telescopic clothes rack. 3.2. 1.8 windowsill legs-evenly add EPS (60 -80mm high, 80- 1000mm out of the wall) legs on the windowsill (including the solid part of the outer balcony), make drip line at the lower mouth, and brush it with gray paint twice. This simple column foundation design not only effectively avoids the pollution of balcony rain on the main wall, but also effectively improves the overall facade effect of the building. 3.2. 1.9 Surface-mounted pipes-Surface-mounted pipes (air conditioning condensate pipes, rainwater pipes and sewage pipes) shall be designed uniformly, horizontally and vertically, and shall be used as an outer sleeve, and the sleeve shall be of the same color as the auxiliary main wall. 3.2. 1. 10 The external windows above the building floor 1-2 are uniformly added with stainless steel security window. Fluorocarbon is sprayed on the surface of the color aluminum grille, and the color is the same as that of the main wall. 3.2.2.4 hanger-Remove the goal rack hanger and replace it with a stainless steel telescopic hanger. 3.2.2.5 and a molding-EPS (60-80mm high, 80 mm out of the wall-1000 mm) is molded on the windowsill (including the solid part of the balcony) and evenly added, and the next mouth is made of drip line, which is painted twice. This simple column foundation design not only effectively avoids the pollution of balcony rain on the main wall, but also effectively improves the overall facade effect of the building. Surface-mounted pipes in 3.2.2.6 —— Surface-mounted pipes (air conditioning condensate pipes, rainwater pipes and sewage pipes) are designed in a unified way, horizontal and vertical, and are used as outer sleeves. The sleeve is made of the same color system as the accessory main wall. Outside windows on floors 1-2 above the ground in 3.2.2.7 are uniformly added with stainless steel security window.
